my magical morning.....
I stayed in bed til 8am..... had coffee..... took a nice walk down the road.... watched a bunch of bluebirds and sparrows playing around the old barn down the way.... talked to some much loved ones.... spent the majority of the day with a cherished new friend... and of course....the happy antics of my lil dancing lamb....aka as my poodle, Jacques... |
Getting a phone call from my godfather, with him telling me to be prepared to meet his new girlfriend. I am not against him dating, I just want him happy and him including me in things made me smile.

she told me she thought I was amazingly brave to move to a place all on my own without knowing anyone.... that's not the perspective Ive had about myself lately....it was good to be reminded...even if every day isn't perfect....I'm living my life and that's what matters most :) |

$400 photographers lamp from Pottery Barn...for $20. Fixed 2 loose legs on the tripod and bam! Perfect. Nesting for winter up in here. |

while taking my client down the street in her wheelchair, a bicyclist struggling his way up the hill we were heading down....paused long enough to wave and say hello to my lady who had waved to him...it was just awful sweet of him :)
my faith in humanity gets bolstered daily around here...theres so much kindness and generosity....I strive to make myself more like that in this lifetime... |

Yesterday while geocaching I saw a skinny little stray cat. I got off work early and went down to bring her some scraps.I couldntt find her...but saw another stray :(
I left the food in that area and walked a block over to find a different cache. On my way nack, I saw the little one I was looking for. I managed to get her to follow me to the food and she ate heartily. :) Tomorrow I'm getting them food and a dish. Hopefully they will learn to trust me and I can take them in and find them homes before winter... |

two things today
Being able to withstand weight on my legs long enough to grill an awesome dinner.
And A special form for the Freedom Of Information Act that I will get in the mail very soon. It will be an interesting, amazing day...one worthy of a happy dance...when I get the response. |
Omg! My roommate, their parents and a local, sweet friend has turned me to a boiled peanut convert!! What's worse is...I had them for breakfast!

I was smiling ealier when I think of some of the wonderful folks here. I am blessed with some truly amazing people.....a few whom I admire to no end are: Greyson, Corkey, Kelt, Greco, Dapper, firegal, SleepyButch, Mel C., uglyboi, and Tommi....they are so fuckin' cool....:cigar2:
Others are: diamondrose, Collette, torchie, Femmadian, Sparkle, Orema, Besame...to name just a few! The lists are much longer....for I heart so many here! You all light my heart up inside...and I am thankful for the friendships you provide. |
I got my haircut yesterday (yay) and several people who I didn't know commented that I was beautiful today. Made me feel really good :)
