Lunch was a second breakfast...
I was going to just fry a couple eggs with some gouda on top. But then... I remembered I went shopping and had turkey sausage. And peppers. And mushrooms. So I made a scramble. Spiced it up. Topped it with gouda and fresh spinach. I tried to make toast but apparently the element went on my toaster oven. Sad face. But it was an awesome second breakfast. As good as any restaurant I've ever ate at. |

I am having the last pork chop and the last of the chicken soup with yummy bread.

Today I had El Pollo Loco's grilled chicken salad with cilantro dressing with one of my work buddies. She finally finished school this weekend (yay for her) so I treated us to lunch.
We had a good time. :bow: |
Reheated, supposedly healthier, frozen pizza that tastes so horrible it's taken me two days to face braving it again. This because, well you know the drill - waste not, want not. I must plot and plan now what I'll be having for dinner, so I don't last minute in desperation, wind up resorting to more of this ick :(

I gave in to my rare hot dog craving...
I sauteed TJ's chicken hot dogs with mixed veggies and pepper strips, some spices and a can of organic garbanzo beans. Enough left for lunch or dinner. Yum |
Chicken and waffles from IHOP, I can't help myself. Just so much yum!

I made a turkey burger topped with smoked gouda. No bread. Baked sweet potato with fresh salt and pepper and brussel sprouts.

I feel like going home and making a reallllyyy good lunch...
I have a turkey burger to make and a sweet potato already cooked. Veggies and done. But... What I really want is to make some shrimp and whatever I can find to go with it... That may be tomorrow though since I have to be to work for 6 today and I won't get home from this client till almost 2. |
I had a good brunch this morning of a nice, big BLT on toasted multigrain bread and a little MW for tang.

Lunch was leftover pasta dish from last night. With a moon pie for dessert and a water to drink.

Oatmeal with craisins, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, cinnamon.

No breading/batter sweet and sour chicken and vegetables over jasmine rice, peach tea to drink.

I went through my morning and by around 2 I realized I hadn't eaten since 6 the previous evening.
So... I went to my local restaurant and got fried catfish, okra and a side salad with their amazing ranch dressing. They had a chocolate cake for dessert and I got a naughty slice. By slice I mean wedge. I ate part for dessert and then the rest later. It was sinful... Lunch was dinner too since it was so late. I'm still not hungry. Eating once a day is certainly a money AND time saver. My kitchen stayed clean today :) |

I am having lunch out. Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Brown gravy on the meat and potatoes. Ice tea to drink.

I had chicken and rotini soup with a chicken salad sandwich. I stuffed the sandwich really full and dipped the ends into the soup as I was eating it. Yummy!

First lunch was some hummus and carrots and a tortilla. Second lunch was some strawberry yogurt with cut up banana in it.

Two large sweet potatoes, 12 oz skim milk + protein blends (whey, eggs, casein), and 1 cup of strawberry & blueberry mix.

It was brunch but it was a hunky piece of grilled chicken breast with harvest riced cauliflower and mixed veggies.
