Jesse 05-26-2012 07:01 PM

I woke up.

Blade 05-26-2012 07:07 PM

Load of clothes, wash dried and folded
Started to mow, threw a belt, fixed it mowed part of the front
Watched UTvs GA softball game
Went to Wally world got groceries and gas for the truck and mower
Mowed the rest of the front and side
Moved my trailer and mowed where it was
Fed dogs and watered the cats
All that is left is supper and a shower and some R & R
I'm gettin to old for all this mowing and trimming which I haven't done yet. Maybe tomorrow.

Corkey 05-26-2012 10:07 PM

Mowed
spread some grass seed
watered
ate
sweated a ton.

pajama 05-27-2012 08:26 PM

Got rid of my bed
Moved the furniture around
Bought two eyehooks and suspended the new kayak from the ceiling of the former bedroom
Bought a metal shelf, put it together, and organized all the camping equipment that was in the living room
moved some more of the exercise stuff into the ex-bedroom.

Tomorrow I finish cleaning up all the clutter in the living room.

Blade 05-27-2012 08:45 PM

Not a damn thing and gosh does it feel good to say that for once!

Watched 2 super regional softball games and the Coca-Cola 600

SnackTime 05-28-2012 03:43 AM

Ate breakfast

We got the truck unpacked This was a MAJOR accomplishment!

The truck returned

Lunch

A swim in the pool

A nap

Dinner at their favorite Mexican restaurant

Kenna 05-29-2012 06:03 PM

This morning before the sun was up...
pulled the air conditioner from the window just to have it flood my living room floor and dump all over my dress clothes...

Broke my glasses... very HAPPY I found the teee-tiny screw that dropped out of the frames

and forgot my delicious fruit...

After that, the biggest accomplishment was making the 3 hour drive to work without a single hick-up! :seeingstars:

Blaze 05-29-2012 06:28 PM

I sat down and read page 1 of a book I wanted to start, then I sat down and read page 1 again later today, and then I just looked at page one,,,, I think there is 210 more pages to go.

An accomplishment to 1

*Anya* 05-29-2012 06:32 PM

Buzzed around in my rental car, which damn I really like and did the following:

1. Went to Ross, got a clothes hamper and a shoe rack (now I have to figure out how to put the rack together or wait until the handy butch gets here on Thursday).

2. Got my legs waxed (uh, the butch will be here on Thursday).

3. Went to Armstrong Garden Center, picked up another rose bush.

:rrose:

Point~Of~No~Return 05-30-2012 12:43 AM

pissing off the establishment

sending those jobs to the little guys instead

:hangloose:

shiagirl 05-30-2012 12:57 AM

Well ...........

Lets see......

Pissing someone off

Making someone pine for me..........
then pissing them off

Making someone wonder wtf, why havent they heard from me

Staying indoors and loving doing nothing but making people pissed, longing, and playing with my doggie.

Sounds rather productive to me. :hk2::hk35::hk30::hk31::hk36::hk5::giggle::giggle: :giggle::giggle:

jac 05-30-2012 07:15 AM

I worked the midnight to 8am shift...
It's time for some Zzzzzzz's!!

spritzerJ 05-30-2012 09:41 AM

Let's see... I was given twice the usual work and 1/2 the usual help. I haven't hurt anyone yet. So I think I've accomplished a lot.

Princess 05-30-2012 01:36 PM

So far I have managed the following:

Sleep.

For me, that is a huge accomplishment ;)

Leigh 05-30-2012 02:30 PM

Hmm lets see, today I:

~ Woke up (not bad eh lol)

~ Got dressed, washed up, made sure my purse was ready etc

~ Bought a diet pepsi, new hair color and some bbq peanuts for snack

~ Worked at the flower shop - made two boutonnaires, figured out flower prices for next week from the supplier, took a couple phone calls for orders and other things around the shop

~ Came home and took a walk to 7-11 for a couple things

~ Got my sister's things put away when she got home from school, helped her settle in

~ Am now sitting here posting and chatting on yahoo :D

Jesse 05-30-2012 03:07 PM

Watched my awesome lawn people groom my lawn, then chatted with them a bit.

Made a dozen and a half business phone calls.

Went to my medical appointment.

Stopped by the library to pick up my order.

Bought a lottery ticket for tonight.

I walked Sadie; it is hot outside.

Now, I am starving...

grenade 05-30-2012 03:51 PM

I made it to work 15 minutes early.

I completed a ton of work that had piled up with my vacation absence.

I did NOT grrr or roll my eyes at any coworkers.

I was able to complete tasks for home like picking up supplies and groceries on the clock. :) :)

I locked up and came home 15 minutes early before the rain started so that I would not be caught in it and melt being composed of almost 100 percent sugar. :D

OS Butch 05-30-2012 05:42 PM

I actually did a lot for getting rained out from work.

I put in a new electric circuit for my new room I am finishing, which means I now have lights and a ceiling fan in there:)

Since I don't have cable or satellite, I hooked up my haven't used in ages VCR and barely used DVD player....and they work. I watched The Sandlot, just to be sure!

Went to the bank

Took my kid to the auto repair shop to get her car.

Pretty pleased getting stuff done that wasn't planned:)

Soft*Silver 05-30-2012 05:49 PM

I picked up more clothes for my store

Went to the horse stable where my friend has her horse..aka my horse...lol, that she lets me play with, grooming and petting her. I dont ride but I enjoy her and her horse's company

Finished up laundry

Purchased potting supplies to start hanging flower pots for the store's windows

Delivered a birthday cupcake to a dear friend of mine who just turned 21!

Kenna 06-03-2012 09:45 PM

  • Got up at 7:30, even with a HUGE benedryl hangover
  • walked dogs
  • almost laid back down just for few minutes
  • got back up
  • hooked up washer
  • washed large load of sheets and towels
  • hung them outside
  • raked a very large pile of yard debris and limbs from my back porch and patio
  • pulled some weeds
  • busted my ass starting my non-self-propelled, old fashioned "choke" push mower
  • mowed a large area all around the house, pump house, around parking lot and clothes line and a path between the pump house and garage, back to the water spigot where I had previously seen the huge snake skin
  • thought the entire time how much it hurt my hands and arms to work that damn non-self-propelled mower, cussing my landlord the whole time for digging up my land so bad and never leveling it out
  • came back in
  • fed dogs
  • started/finished 2nd load of laundry
  • got bath
  • walked dogs
  • cleaned bathroom
  • went to SC after Blade picked me up
  • Got groceries and lunch
  • bought some work clothes (tops)
  • came home
  • unloaded groceries
  • tried on all the tops with my dress pants and skirts, very happy with purchase (now I don't need to roast to death in polyester shirts)
  • went over to Blade's to get a few things
  • loaded almost all of what I had left in my old bedroom
  • came back home, unloaded it into front-room for sorting later
  • back out to grocery store for forgotten items and steaks for tomorrow
  • back home
  • unloaded again
  • heated up dinner
  • ate dinner outside while enjoying my patio area and park bench, with my puppies at my side
  • sorted, folded, hung up, organized laundry/changing room and filled a large bag for goodwill of clothes and things I'm tired of tripping over
  • emptied several boxes of clothes, got rid of most of it.
  • walked dogs
  • propped self in bed, exhausted and very sore

The JD 06-03-2012 10:58 PM

How many trips to Home Depot does it take to change a light bulb? (don't know, still counting)

-Decided to change the burned-out halogen bulbs in my outdoor floodlight.
-Went to Home Depot, bought halogen bulbs.
-Tried to unscrew tiny little screw to gain access to the bulb.
-Stripped out tiny little screw, unable to change bulb.
-Cursed.
-Went online, read reviews of this brand of floodlight, found out many others have stripped out tiny little screw and are unable to change bulbs.
-Went back to Home Depot, returned halogen bulbs.
-Looked at other floodlights, debated whether I want to change the whole fixture out.
-Decided "fuck it, I don't need to be in the back yard after dark anyway."

So what did I accomplish today? Absolutely nothing.

PaPa 06-03-2012 11:50 PM

I feel very proud of what I accomplished today. Read three very long chapters for school, took three chapter exams and got A's on all three, wrote a journal entry about group therapy facilitation, commented on a couple discussion board posts, and got to play my online game. Today was very productive and I hope tomorrow is too. Three more chapters and their exams will make me not just joyous but ecstatic. LOL!!
