I'm feeling energetic and a little sassy today with my new short haircut. :)
The weather is beeyootiful today, as well, so that definitely helps the mood a bit. |
Not a great day today. It's my mom's birthday. She has been gone for 28 years +.
I got into an argument with the rescue that I foster for today. Just not a great day at all. |

Busiest week for me at work, throw in an executive visit and a super busy day! At the end of my visit, I was told I had the best visit thus far. Possible red pen award. Now, am I really expecting my boss to tell me? I'm turning blue holding my breath. Sigh.... |

right now I'm in pain from an accident. But on the flip side.... Opportunity landed in my lap and this summer I get to go to the beach and stay for free. So I will be there a lot of weekends. So I feel good about that. :) |

I did win the Red Pen Award, for having the best executive visit. Nothing was wrong, and I talked my business. I'm sure it pained my boss to announce that. |

Pretty crummy. Just when I was starting to feel less stressed at the thought of working less hours at my full time job and picking up extra at the dog kennel, the full time job decides to once again change our work schedules around!!!!!! Enough is enough!!!! If it wasn't for my spouse being sick and me already having my FMLA already set up, I would find another job. A bunch of the staff are trying to get a union started, so maybe that would help things? And I had my very first mammogram last week and they had me go back today for an ultrasound. Said they saw "something". Today they tell me it's a benign lymph node and I have to go back in 6 months for another ultrasound.

how am I feeling
I saw a podiatrist today for my inherited curly toenails. I just cant cut them any more. He ended up cutting two of my quicks with blood spillage but now I am much more comfy. Lots of more appointments now I suppose. :blink:

Today I am feeling good, content. Logicaly and I took the day off as I had to take college placement exams and we wanted some time together. Two naps and some chocolate cookies later, followed by dinner and gaming and watching three movies. Our weekends are always busy so it was wonderful to have a quiet day home alone with no chores to do :blush:

Good but sleepy. Am drinking some lemon water with cayenne pepper. Hopefully, that will help wake me up.

Worried, though Monte seems to have suffered no ill effects from having earlier pierced through a produce bag to bite chunks out of avocados, I’m wondering what could be going on, wrong with my cat to possess him to do that. I mean that can’t happen and I can’t always be here so what now – Kitty Prozac or something?

I feel fine. I've gotten my shower and washed my hair so I'm playing online and watching TV while it dries.

A little crappy. Still can't go back to work for a few weeks. Doing nothing all day is getting to me.

Content. I work today then have two days off, which I will spend working at the kennel in the mornings. My dog Brandy is slowly coming around and that makes me feel so much better.:hangloose:
