I had some apple/chicken sausage, cooked carrots, and pickled beets. It was a weird combo for sure, but it worked well.

Made a stir fry with zuchini , carrots, red onion and mushroom tossed with olive oil and garlic with some thin cut leftover pork loin. Drizzled some ginger garlic sauce over the top.

I made tuna fish salad with sweet pickle relish and chopped sweet onion, and had some of the tuna salad with a few Ritz crackers. :)

Today I had half of a personal soufle from Panera (Katrina had the other half). Half of Katrina's ham and cheese sandwich, two homemade Chinese dumplings.

I"m still full and will probably skip dinner or just have soup.

No buddy, I went to a local hippie sub shop (Thunder Cloud) and picked up lunch. The cookies were better than I could make. Haha.

In honor of Texas Independence Day my employer is serving Texas style BBQ including brisket, sausage, potato salad, and beans. Served with bread, onions, jalapenos, and pickles. Ice tea to drink.

Black cracked pepper, deli turkey breast meat open face sandwiches, with cheddar cheese on whole grain gluten-free sandwich bread. Canned peaches for dessert and sparkling water to drink.
