Please do your best to follow doctor's orders, but even more than that, please don't fall into the trap of thinking you brought this on. It's bad luck that it happened, but it isn't in any way your fault. Sometimes our bodies just cannot handle what life throws at us. Most people go through life never knowing that they have something seriously wrong with them, because whatever it is doesn't act up under normal life conditions---it's when extraordinary needs drive us to push ourselves beyond our limits that we find out there are problems. I'm sorry you're so sick right now. I hope you can rest and recuperate. It would be so hard for me, knowing that I couldn't take care of my own... but sometimes a person has to step back and let other people carry part of the load. I hope that you can do that, darlin. There IS no update! <smile> This tells me that she is resting and not answering her phone...I know people are still calling because when she called me this morning, her phone rang SIX DIFFERENT TIMES. That truly amazes me.....sometimes, Super Woman needs rest, too! I'm glad she heeded mine & Jaxon's advice to turn off the phone! :) |

UPDATE
Of course, just as soon as I said there's no update, SD calls! First, she wanted me to tell You all that nobody can deny the power of Your energy, Your good thoughts, Your light, Your prayers...........SD has felt all of it and she wanted me to convey her profound gratitude to You all for keeping her in Your thoughts! She rested today...a lot. And when she checked her BP this evening, it was 100/70!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She sounded calmer this evening, though still apprehensive about her doctor's appointment in the morning. That's understandable. I made her promise to turn her phone off after we hung up and she will call me in the morning after her appointment. I will certainly let You know what she wants to convey at that time. Thanks! |
