Today I made toaster strudel and Greek yogurt...lol definitely slipping in the "cooking" arena...

Acording to the clock it is nor 12:30a.m. so being it's a new day abit early,being I just got home from playing pool annnd I was starved so breakfast was leftover fried chicken tenders and a fue baked fries that were left in the fridge,a small wedge of cheese with four crackers for desert..so i'm good to go right to bed.

When I get up I am going to have a piece of whole grain toast with all natural strawberry jam and a fruit and yogurt parfait topped with granola clusters.

Coffee, with a multivitamin, extra E, fish oil and b12. When my stomach settled (I can't eat first thing in the morning) I had cheerios.

I got up early so I just fixed a bowl of oat meal with a fue cups of coffee,then chuged on with the day.

I eat the same thing every weekday. 2 hard boiled eggs.

I had half of a bacon and mushroom omelet, some hash browns, a cutie, fresh squeezed oj, and some blackberries and blueberries. Yum!
