Coffee - medium roast with 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon coconut sugar.

A tall glass of ice tea with lots of lemon and lots of ice. mmm

Is 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg enough to make you see flying elephants? I know it's a hallucinogen at some point - before it actually unalives you - but I'm not sure how much it takes. That said, I love a sprinkle of nutmeg on top of flan.
