4 accidents in one day
On the way home from work today I witnessed a three car accident in the lanes next to me. As I'm sitting at the light near my house I hear a loud bang...I look in my rear view mirror then I get hit. The car behind me was rear ended and it pushed her into my vehicle. Luckily, I wasn't injured and just a couple of scratches on my car.
The lady meanwhile was transported to the hospital full package w/ head/neck injuries. The kid driving the vehicle that caused the impact was charged. Meanwhile, as I'm sitting on the shoulder in my car waiting for my police report another accident happens right next to me and the emergency crews working the scene. Not even fifteen minutes after that accident yet one more crash! I'm like you've got to be f*cking kidding me! The cops were over it and the FF's looked over at me like WTF?! LOL So, yeah....I'm not going out anymore today...to much excitement for one day.... |

poor kid
A young guy came in today saying "I want to return this and get my money back" I asked why he wanted to return his purchase and he says with a tear in his eye " because she broke up with me! It was my longest relationship ever!" A collective Awwwwwwww came from all the ladies standing in line behind him.
And so, I processed the return and gave his money back with a "don't worry shug, there's other fish in the sea" I'm sure that was little consolation to that little guy, but, I do what I can. |
I started using hummus instead of mayo on my sandwiches. Friggin delicious!

Fun Fact.
When George Lucas was mixing the American Graffiti soundtrack, he numbered the reels of film starting with an R and numbered the dialog starting with a D. Sound designer Walter Murch asked George for Reel 2, Dialog 2 by saying "R2D2". George liked the way that sounded so much he integrated that into another project he was working on. |
