Cleverness vs Intelligence
 

What I lack in cleverness, I make up for in intelligence.

(In other words, like homoe said in another post something to the effect of not being the sharpest tool in the toolbox....)

I can't stand just "cold" when it comes to drinking beverages, they must be "icy cold" so I place the item in the freezer and set a timer for 30 minutes!

My favorite season is Winter. In fact, the more snow, the better. I HATE rain.

I am not fond of messes, I clean at least 2 times a day, mainly the room I occupy in the house.

I write poetry as a form of therapy....but too shy to share it.

I don't enjoy dining Al fresco. Sitting with the sun beating down on me, causing not only for me to sweat but melting the ice in my cold drink, while I try to enjoy a meal is something that I've seldom done.

Dining Al fresco in the evening brings out the whole issue of being eaten alive by mosquitoes!

My idea of camping is setting up a pup tent on a bed in the Hilton.

Have been told that I am quite a contrarian. On the profile's question to name one word most likely used by others to describe me...my Partner came up with it.....difficult (don't think it refers to difficulty finding one...sneaky suspicion).

If I am dining in a restaurant, I will not sit outside to eat if the parking lot or street is next to the patio. Car fumes, yuck!

I am always early or on-time...I think being late is very disrespectful.

I like sardines.

I keep buying knitting needles because I forget I've already bought some. I have several pairs of them stashed here and there. I don't even know how to knit.
