Tomorrow, first real day "off" in almost three weeks.
(not that I'm not thankful for all the work!)

I'm looking forward to getting through the crap that my parents visit left in my heart.


I'm looking forward to having my house back and being able to be comfortable in my own home.


I'm looking forward to FINALLY deciding on what floor I want to put down in the areas I have torn up all our carpet.


And I'm REALLY looking forward to the Holiday card list from this site. First time I'm gonna do it and I am SO excited!!!

I am in desperate need of a massage.
I am a bundle of tense bands of muscle and my shoulders and back are so tight it aches even when I lay down.
So, I'm making an appointment for a long overdue hot stone massage.

Lunch tomorrow! (I can probably say this every Thursday)
It's my last class of this semester with the teens I've been working with. We've been studying the history of sushi and Japanese food art/bento boxes.
Tomorrow we cook in silence, listening to classical music, while they create artistic plates of food for themselves, their parents and younger siblings.
I've put together a big buffet of items for them to pick from to make sushi, nori rolls, and bento art.
Fun!

Going away for the weekend with my favorite (6yo) baby butch.

Figuring out how to change a light bulb on a light that is 18 feet in the air, with an 8 foot ladder.

It's in the bedroom and if I crack my toe ONE MORE TIME, I'm gonna scream. More than I've already screamed!!!

a dinner date sometime this weekend with my babe..

and all the cuddles and kisses I can get from her and our pup around my work schedule.

Looking forward to Teddy's surprise Tuesday get away...I've gotten NO hints about where it is!

Sorry if that's a downer for anyone, but it will be such a glorious day for me.

The up coming weekend away with the girls! We will make good (bordering on excessive) use of the spa facilities, sauna and pool. And, there will be an opportunity to wear the evening dress I bought two whole months ago! How I love getting all dressed up :spruceup:

Again...Thanksgiving. I will be spending it with my Aunt her husband and their daughter. And my mom and her friend will be there as well. The menu sounds yummy but I am making green bean caserole. It is my favorite and they don't make it the way I do. It should be a nice day with family.

My Friday is on Weds where I will enjoy being off all day Weds, Thurs, and Fri. . and what makes it extra special is my babe is off Weds too so we've made plans. :)

Yesterday, another friend and I went to Kentuck Art Festival, I love supporting the artist - so many unique things to choose from and not ever nearly enough funds for everything that I want - ONE of everything.

Along with my anual purchase of pottery - coffee cup - I found a sweet little piece of art glass - two hearts, purple and red, overlapping one another and yet leaving plenty of space between the two - Holding each other close and and yet allowing space between the two - a dance

Friday night...a bon fire & "full moon" get together at my friend's house in the country with my group of friends...always great company & GREAT food....lol....then Sat. it is the Samhaim ritual & feast at another friend's house.....yummy food & a wonderful, supportive, loving, spiritual evening & time with friends...Oh yeah I LOVE it here !!!!
