Good morning everyone!

It is a brisk 48 here at the moment. I had to put Hope's sweater on her to go out! I am in a tank & shorts...lol.

It will warm up to low 80's today...just a couple chilly nights then back to warmer temps at night.

I love when it is brisk like this. Hope is so frisky, too. She is blind but she dances around my feet & tries to play. She follows sound...and does really well with it.

I have to get packing today for my out of state trip Tuesday...I am so excited. I haven't been on a trip in a good while... Over a year in fact!

I can't wait to get the coloring projects & see what everyone else has done....:).

No after-Thanksgiving shopping for me! If it's not bought by Wednesday, I'm ordering it online.

Today is nippy. It rained last night and there's some chill out there. It'll top off in the mid-forties today and it's windy as all get out but the sun is shining so it won't be too bad, plus it's only a half day for me at work.

I've got a load of laundry on and I'm debating what to do next....make breakfast or go ahead or start moving my furniture back. What I am NOT going to do is turn on the telly unless it's to watch or listen to a DVRd show. No politics this morning! It's too pretty outside for that nonsense.

I haven't watched Auntie Mame in years and you both have inspired me to do so. Thank you. Will watch it soon. Hoping everyone has a fabulous Sunday, mine will be spent in front of the computer working.

It's snowing/raining here and I'm settling into the day. It's the 5 year mark on when my Grandmother passed so I'll be spending some time with my mom. Outside of that, some cooking, some cleaning, some reading. Looking forward to the day...

It is a cool 56° here with an expected high of 66° both today and tomorrow before the steady climb back into the high 70's. It remains very sunny, and I am enjoying the cooler temps.

I have been in the garage off and on the last couple of days organizing & cleaning my tools and setting up a workshop of sorts, and will be back at it again today. At some point I am going out for a walk while it is cool enough to walk in the middle of the afternoon.

It's a chilly morning here. Funny it was 80 just on Friday. Weather...a science of life events.

Going to go shopping soon for Thanksgiving ingredients. Then I'm in for the day to finish up projects. Ooooo, an entire day of channel flipping football games!

I am still in bed watching CNN. I watched CBS Sunday Morning News this morning and the baby kitty is trying to keep me warm. This Texan does not like the cold weather.

Sitting in my recliner woke up a lil tpp early.So now i,m drinking my iced mocha and reading paper.Will try a lil yard work when the rain slows down.

Then GO SEAHAWKS! they play Tampa.

Sitting in my recliner drinking coffee and watching the rain this morning. Soon we will be off for a lazy drive in the country, with lunch out at some hidden gem we find along the way.

I'm puttering around the house this morning, catching up on chores, planning out meals for the week, and then running errands. Also helping my daughter update her resume as she has been asked to come in and talk to a local tv/movie production company as a potential production assistant. This is quite exciting.

Good Morning Peeps!

Hope everyone is well and happy today. Our doxie Max has become obsessed with one of our rolling shelves thinking there is something under it. We have moved it numerous times and he still stands and barks at it non-stop. I spent hours trying to figure out what on earth he was thinking he was seeing and then it hit me. He wasn't looking under the shelf he was looking at the bottom shelf. I have a clear box that has a battery operated daisy in it and apparently when we moved it the other day to clean one of the moving parts are randomly moving. :-). Life with Doxies.

My son Eddie wasn't able to be here on Thanksgiving due to bad weather. But family friend's picked him up yesterday, took him to my house, so he could get cleaned up and get a good night's rest. He is coming to spend the afternoon with me, so I've ordered two guest trays of food for him, and am looking forward to seeing him because I haven't seen him since last July. He's been working two jobs and carrying one business class per term at the community college where he lives southern Oregon.

Right now, my elderly room mate is out with her husband to attend church and spend the day with her family. I'm watching episode after episode of Downtown Abbey on PBS/OPB.

The morning has passed, but here I am wishing you all a very pleasant Sunday! I was up very late in the night, so I slept in quite a bit today.
