My food intake exists of mainly 3 gm sugar Protein shakes (30 gm), 2 per day and 2 containers of yogurt. Fluids, in excess of a gallon water or Monster non-carbonated non-sugared.

Sometimes, a snack of large Chinese Veg. Soup or PB and Fruit Spread on
Health Nut bread.

Few onion rings as a special, special treat.

I'd either eat out, get takeout or, select something from the deli! And this is mainly due to the fact I hate the clean up after cooking a meal at home..a greasy stove top, dirty dishes, I hate it all.......
