Today's supposed to be sunny and cold. The winds are no longer in the 25-45 mph range and will actually die down to only 5mph or so during the day. High of 50, low in the 30s tonight but just above freezing. |

High today of 40 with lows in the 30's. It's an arctic blast and it's finally arrived here in Texas. Winds are making it more chilly with windchill in the 30's today. BRR it's definitely sweater weather here in Tx. Time to break out my sweat pants, sweaters, coat and other warm clothing.

40s the next couple of nights, rain tomorrow, freezing and below Friday through the weekend. Snow showers Friday morning, possibly. As long as it's only showers, I can deal with that. I want to push the snow accumulation off as long as possible.

Temp is dropping here East of Dallas down to 29 degrees tonight, major freeze warning for surrounding areas.
