Catching up on recorded episodes of Ink Master. I can't help but laugh at the people calling Oliver Peck "a fucking asshole" because he booted them out of the studio before they completely destroyed a canvas. They obviously don't know their predecessors in the tattoo industry or they'd know he's an ink slinging badass.

breakfast... leftover waldorf salad... fresh fruit mix... cottage cheese... ( found the best kind yet )... getting ready to process RN application for yet another state... thankfully a compact state... listening to NPR radio... looking out over beautiful views and morning sunshine from my desk... thinking of my honey... and watching a deer in the yard... I am grateful and happy and will carpe this diem :bunchflowers::byebye: |

Listening to the news and reading about events that happened the year I was born. I googled my birth year and found a Wikipedia page that gives a chronological list of events that happened during the year I was born.
IOW, not much of anything. |

Getting ready to curl up in my bed with boxers and black wife beaters on, pretending it's summer ya know. Then decide which show I'm going to catch up on before sleep. Thank the gods for on demand. Already saw the season two opener of Contco and was not disappointed.

Taking care of a rain soaked, flea covered, crying, bony kitten we found on our stoop when we came home. We have flea treated him, offered him food/water, kept him warm, gave him high calorie gel, wiped his eyes and ears.
Also attempted a bath, but he went limp so it.will wait until he gets more calories. ~SAB |

Working, but I'm really thinking about driving to Palm Springs. Haven't decided if I'll go through the mountains or stay on the highway. Also haven't decided when to go. Think I'll start putting together a Palm Springs playlist this weekend.

Just got back from a hike. Trying to figure out how to roast all the chestnuts I found..
And... Debating whether to start a loaf of bread in my bread machine before I leave to go hear blue grass.. It takes 3 hours start to finish but I don't know if I can trust it to leave it on while I'm gone. *Now leaving to Google fires started by bread machines.... |
