It's 90 here today! Thank god! This is the end of it. Hopefully for the rest of the summer! *Fingers crossed* I get real, real, bitchy in the heat. The six years I have lived in london, it has never gotten this hot. So, my lovely husband has never seen the way I get with the heat. And I am really happy that he hasnt seen me like this till now!

Very hot today though-- about 92 with a lot of humidity for the Burque area. Really sucks having a cold/bronchitis during this time of year. Because as everyone else is frying their brains and using the air conditioner, here I am wanting to sweat out and not have cold air blasting my brains out.

It was dark and rainy and now it's 82 and the sun is out.

We still have blue skies (for miles and miles)....
I'm soaking up as much of the sun as possible.

Brr...Well, that was a short summer here in NW Indiana. Next week is August, and it's been chilly and cloudy for two weeks. Folks are wearing coats on the beach, and have'nt been swimming. It has'nt rained in over a month, and all the grass is straw, flowers are dead, and leaves are falling like it's autumn. The winter was so long, I only had my heat off for two months, and now it's back on again, and my air conditioner was only on for two days. This is coldest damn summer I ever saw!
