Back to school so breakfast is my triple espresso at home before I go, and maple oatmeal at school! No time for anything else!

Grilled cheese and iced tea

After over a week of skipping breakfast altogether I finally sat down to a regular breakfast this morning. Today I had the old stand-by: Red River cereal with blueberry yogurt instead of milk. And 2 (yes 2!) slices of buttered toast.

Two English muffins. One with honey butter and the other with light strawberry cream cheese. Skim milk.

Im being really bad this morning - Instead of my normal yogurt and granola, I stopped and got a skinny vanilla latte and one of those decadent turkey bacon and gouda cheese things :)

This morning I had a Gluten Free apple breakfast bar, a few thin slices of mixed cheddars, a couple of tablespoons of Greek yogurt with pecan pieces, a glass of Simply Nutritious juice and black coffee. It's all good now. :)
