Not long ago I lost my temper, and fired back it's never easy when you feel backed into a corner and life is already chaotic with no end in sight. Now I remain silent for the most part keeping to myself. My partner says when in doubt walk away, words are just that let them roll to ground. With the excessive heat warning and fires in Az. those affected have my thoughts and prayers with them. My prayers are with the sick, poor, homeless, hungry, and needy as always. For those who thirst, plenty of water. And for those who are grieving, many respites of peace.

I light a candle for nurses, specifically Hospice nurses, from RN to CNA. May the light and energy give them strength to continue such a difficult job they do so well.
I light one for thanks, for my mom. She was a good heart, a good soul, and an imperfect being worth knowing. And, I light one for me. Needing the extra light as I navigate through grief, "kid hurts", and things unresolved. Peace |

Yesterday, the finally had to 'force' him into supervised care at a memory care facility. The Mom was supposed to join him today in a separate room. This morning, he had a heart attack. My friend is beside herself. These candles are for my friend, her parents and their caregivers. |

Today I light a candle for my daughter Reah, her boyfriend and Bella who is Glaciers companion.

Cody jumped in to save him and almost lost his life as well. My daughter was on the side trying to get Cody out and his roomate jumped in to save Cody. He is bruised and sore but he made it. Glacier and Bella were both save animals that Cody adopted. Bella tried to jump in to save him as well but my daughter stopped her. I am asking for candles and prayers to help them all heal and to help them through the grieving process. GLACIER...MAY YOUR JOURNEY BE BEAUTIFUL!!!! |

Please light a candle for my almost 14 yr old dog. I have scheduled the dreaded vet appt for friday (tomorrow) for her journey on to Rainbow Bridge. She has traveled with me from east coast to west coast (USA) to Spain to live. She can no longer take the long walks to the beach of which she adored. Her spine has fused and her nerves have seized up. Please send her off with an enormous energy of love. The kind of love that she has given to me unconditionally for all these years! I light this candle for My Dad. He passed away 4 years ago this past April. I miss him daily.. even more so when the anniversary comes of his death.. his birthday.. Father's Day and every day inbetween. I was blessed to have had him as a parent..something My biological father decided he did not want to be. In the pain of his loss.. let us all remember how blessed we are when we do find people that come into our lives no matter what capacity.. that truly love us unconditionally. |
