Watching my nephew while attempting to work. He is really making me reconsider my idea to procreate in the future.

Just finished taking a shower, and now I am heading out to take Miss Sadie for a short walk while waiting for the debate at 9pm. I already sent my vote in, but I will still watch the final debate.

Having coffee and preparing for my very first day of orientation at the new job. It's been 8 years since I started a new job and I'm feeling real nervous. Maybe because of my age? A lot of the cna's are so much younger. But I'm looking forward to working for a big, not for profit nursing home that really cares for the elderly residents. This place does a lot with the residents as well as in the community in general. I read up on them and asked a lot of questions in my interview! Wish me luck......:koolaid:

Trying to wake up...I was up way past my bedtime last night :confused:

Trying some new makeup. An eyeshadow primer and it's showing every single line around my eyes. I bet I didn't apply it correctly. Will try again tomorrow.

Shopping Amazon for a SpongeBob hat for my grandson. He's only 3 and he broke his leg yesterday on the trampoline. His sister fell on his leg, broke his tibia. He can't walk at all, has to be carried everywhere, at least until Monday when he sees an orthopedic specialist. He lost his favorite SpongeBob a few weeks ago and he told me today he wishes he had his SpongeBob hat.
So I did what any Maw Paw would do... I ordered him a hat!
I adore this boy.....

Sitting in a busy coffee shop before I start my day....listening to the excited snowboarders, , the ski hill got its first big powder this am... And saying hello to all you good people.

Watching. Waiting. Wanting to jump the little fence and go help the mechanic put my tires on.

Enjoying a quiet house, getting ready to have dinner and then take my daughter to dance class. Oh, and trying to figure out what to wear to a wedding next weekend!

Watching the sun start to go down.

Watching this dude hand make dovetails in a piece of cherry wood using a chisel and mallet.

Trying to make sure I have things in order for the next day or two.

Drinking coffee, morning chores before work this afternoon , contemplating life..........

Adjusting all the clocks in my house ... will reset my wrist watch next.

I just returned from a trip to Pet Supermarket for Sadie's grain free food and treats for the month, with a stop on the way home at the grocery for horseradish root and a few odds and ends that I needed.

It's already 80° here and super sunny, so I am headed for a cool drink of water and a few minutes of relaxation. :byebye:

Rain is drizzling outside, this afternoon, so I'm resting on top of my bed, propped up on mounds of pillows, reading a good book.

I just found out it's world kindness day. Well isn't that a kick in the pants. The world doesn't feel all that kind. Anyway now i am rushing to figure out some random acts of kindness I can do.
