I am right across the street from there!

I haven't been to Howl At The Moon is many months....
My ex hangs out there and I just don't even wanna be bothered
with her presence.....

I didn't realize until just now that it is next weekend!

I have a general idea of where that is.
I don't go to the howl that often, a couple of 2-3 times/yr. Don't feel like driving across town and it's usually more of the same ol' thing.

I'd say let's make it a threesome for Tuscon Pride, but I don't want to scare anyone LOL

Seriously though, I will look into it a little more so I can figure out what's going on and if I can make it. I haven't been to any Pride event for a couple of years, so I'm overdue! :)

I haven't ever been to Tucson Pride...but I here it's better than Phoenix. I will be going for Sat. Festival ass I work on Friday. I am maybe going w a couple of peeps you're welcome to come with.

So who all is planning on going to Tucson Pride? Maybe we could meet up there? Being I have never been I don't know where it's held. It'll have to be Sat for me, sinceI work on Friday.

I'll get all the particulars and post it, and pick a place we can all meet at, we should think about wearing some sort of identifier, so we know who to look for, what you think? any ideas anyone?

not telling you what to do, but I think it would be nice to hang out and meet some of us face to face.

I think Friday will be almost impossible though, so count me in for Saturday! Just give me the details (I saw you said you'd post in this thread); time, place, where to park, any other tips, etc. Just an FYI - I'm nursing an injured knee, so I probably won't stay the whole day - the standing/walking will likely determine how long I can hang out, but either way, I'm looking forward to it! :)

Thought I was over whatever it is that got me sick, but it wasn't done with me yet. Sorry guys I said I was going to post the info about the Pride thing, but all I've been doing is laying down and feeling miserable. I figured I'd better log in and see what I've missed. If I don't feel any better, my butt is staying home, but if I'm feeling better, I'll show up.

I am going on Sat to Pride. Whadya think about meeting inside the gate? Is there more than one?

I found this info:

Reid Park (at E. 22nd St. and S. Country Club Rd.), the Pride in the Desert Festival takes place from 10 am until 8 pm and features dozens of prominent performers. This year's lineup includes such notables as Jonny McGovern & Team Pimp, Ari Gold, Adam Joseph, God-des & She, Boys R Us, Marc Pedraza, Courtney Robbins, Namoli Brennet, Dragstar Cabaret, Angie Evans, Sabra Faulk, Patty Larkin, and many others. Performances on the Main Stage are emceed by Mistress of Ceremonies Bunny Fu Fu, and there's additional talent performing at folk-spirited Coffeehouse Stage.

I am looking forward to the meet.

Unfortunately I don't think I'm going to be able to make it. I have a lot going on and weekends are filling up quickly. As you know, a lot of places aren't open on Sunday, so that makes Saturdays even more valuable.

Sorry to bag out on this, I really wanted to go.
