parsley spinach cucumber celery apple ginger water Yesterday I made some with kale and it was way too strong for me. I added two apples and it was still strong. Dont know if my tastebuds are changing or what, but Im using spinach for the next few batches. |
Here's a link to a smoothie nutritional calculator I've started using.
You have to do your own calculations to get the net carb (subtract fiber from total carbs), but I like this calculator. For my last batch I used the following veggies and fruit
This is the nutritional information from the calculator: https://i.postimg.cc/hjSYM9ZY/Screen...1-04-05-AM.png – Calories = 378 – Carbs = 46.7g (after subtracting fiber) – Fiber = 28 g I usually end up with 60 oz in each batch and usually drink 10-20 oz a day. This may be more information than most people want but thought I'd share it for anyone keeping a close eye on these things. Please let me know if anyone has a link to a nutritional calculator you like that's free to use. |
