a berry good bfast...
since i haven't made my halewah yet, and we have no bread, i had fruit for bfast: an orange, blueberries, and some really yummy blackberries! plus my usual cup of char- this time a mint tisane, b/c i don't feel so great. i drink most of my char w/o sweetener of any kind, except when i make chai. that gets stevia. i don't use sugar for anything. i even use stevia in my halewah!

This morning...
A toasted bagel thin with a lil' bit of butter apple slices and now I'm sippin' on a vanilla frappuccino |
No school today, so soft scrambled eggs with chives, toasted mini whole wheat bagel, sliced heirloom tomato with sea salt, a grapefruit, and of course triple espresso with half and half. Now I am ready for a day of leisure!

2 eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns, refried beans, flour tortillas and a very delish salsa, and cafe con leche...I'm gonna pay for that but OMgoodness its sooo goooooooddd!!!

I started my day with my usual coffee with Sugar-free Hazelnut creamer then sat down for a smoothie made with sliced strawberries, a banana, and a splash of almond milk.
I also had 2 scrambled eggs with basil and black pepper on the side. YUM. I'm on a smoothie kick lately and plan on trying a pumpkin smoothie tomorrow morning. Maybe add a little banana and cinnamon. |
