Lunch
Mac and cheese. Is there such a thing as using too much 3 cheese blend? Ice tea with lots of lemon.

Sardines, crackers, mustard. Perfect.

Avocado and tuna with lemon, olive oil, and a shot of tequila on the side.

Ham and swiss on a bun with lettuce,tomato, green pepper, red onion and ranch dressing. Ice tea.

In 'n' Out burger protein style (no bun) and fries for less than 5 bucks.
Very good. |

I had a sandwich, the last of the Greek pasta salad, Lipton Half & Half and dill pickle chips.

Homemade ham and cheese sub., tomatoes, lettuce, green pepper, purple onion, oil and vinegar dressing. Iced tea.

Avocado toast with tomato and cucumber, sea salt and fresh herbs and a spinach salad with strawberries, blueberries, walnuts and a honey lemon poppy seed dressing.

It was brunch, technically, but I had a Bubba burger with MW, steak sauce and pickle chips with a side of crispy crinkle fries and a new concoction of Raspberry lemonade mixed with oj. It was all really good.

Lunch...
A frozen smoothie made with spinach, banana, pineapple and frozen berries. I used filtered water to blend my smoothie and added a drizzle of honey on top.

Lunch...
Oatmeal and raisin breakfast cookies and an icy cold smoothie made with spinach, banana and frozen fruits - mango, pineapple, and mixed berries. I used herb infused water to blend my smoothie and added a little bit of maple syrup to sweeten.

Still really too hot to eat anything substantial.
Coleslaw and a chicken leg doesn't sound too exhausting. And, NO, it isn't from KFC. Well, maybe it is. It's been in the freezer for a bit so who knows. |

Lunch today is leftovers from last night. Salad with fresh greens from the garden and chicken cooked with home made pesto (basil from the garden) and mozzarella. It's so hot at work though it might end up being dinner. It's hard to eat when you're sitting in a swamp.

It's lunchtime but I'm calling it brunch since it's my first meal of the day. Sour cream and chives mashed potatoes with sweet peas and a baked chicken cutlet. A wee bit of sweet 'n sour sauce for the chicken and Lipton Half & Half to drink.

I have no idea, and it is not good to not know what i want, mostly because my appetite is in rage mode, right now.
:jester: I might skip lunch and go for a long drive to a secret destination for a fabulous supper and maybe stay over night for the weekend. It is super hot here. Which is never good. Fun times tonight tho. TGIF! Yay!! :blueheels: |
I had steak, steamed broccoli and deviled egg potato salad. Sweet tea to drink.

Chicken korma from my favorite indian-food restaurant. First time getting a delivery from them. Hoping they include riata, chutneys, naan. Taking a needed break from the diet. So looking forward to this.
