Well, I am pleased to say I had a very productive week, and getting in here more regularly this year as well. At 55, despite some health problems, I am not ready for a dirt nap or anything. Or as they say "still life in the old gal yet". I am having fun coming in here, reading the posts. I am cat sitting a pile o' cats this weekend *7* I love cats, luckily this is good for me. Soooo.... and Wolfy, who appreciates the benefits I get using AARP Like a credit card, you can use it almost anywhere you travel in the states It gives better discounts to me than the one I get at work when I shop Oh, still shaking my head at that big dirt nap :seeingstars: |

Don't get me wrong. I like senior discounts as well as anyone and do take advantage of them......just as I did student discounts (even as a much-older-than-average college student a few years ago). And I'm avoiding the dirt map for at least 25 more years. |

Good Morning! Saturday is our shopping day. Red has me hooked on coupons and I find that it is very addictive. I have always planned our menus for the week because Red just can't think that far ahead:-) and she likes the fact I am willing to do it.

I haven't been here in a bit. I am getting my schedule figured out, so I can book the Reunion. How many lofters might be thinking of going? San Fran Butch/femme Social Party is in May, so is the women's weekend in Guerneville. Then comes Summer Solstice in Seattle at the end of June.

One of my goals this year was to pop in here more regularly. So far, so good! No monsoons this year. Upside, I love the dry, temperate weather. Downside, it better rain soon or it's going to be a very dangerous fire season. Spring has come to my little berg, the "fence" jasmine and pittosporum fills the night air with fragrance. Beauty is never wasted on me, but on occasion do wish a sweetie was here to sit under the moon. Time will tell. Meanwhile, keep making friends. How is everyone? |

Yes,I'm going to tear my Moms house apart again tooking for my glasses. I lost them and useing my old ones and they give me head achs. I tore her house apart once. Now I have to clean up. Have a nice week end you all. |

well looks like ill be starting a new job in about a week ... and not with Panther ... going to have a lil change of scenery... doing kinda of the same thing i was doing only in one of them sprinter vans... and wil be doing loads into canada which means....... home a bit more too.. yay. mean while...... i am still keeping my eye out for something more local. just handt found it yet.and i need to make a living soooo...... blue eyes.. silly...... ur glass's are right where u left them last... go look there..
