We expended all our energy having an adventure day. We hit the road and just went where we felt. Got six geocaches along the way. Then a nice dinner in a quaint little town.
On the way home we picked up groceries for dinner tomorrow and Clue. We played three games to decide a Victor. Twas me :) |
I spent the day with my BFF and we shopped, went to the movies and dined out for supper. I had great day!
Soooo, I guess I'll sleep in tomorrow, since it's Sunday..... Maybe even make French Toast with maple syrup for Brunch. |
Brushed Monte the Magnificent, clipped his front nails. Ran out of dishtabs - scraped, rinsed, put through dish washer so they wouldn't smell up the place. Put in SOS to son - please bring dish packs ASAP. Washed dishes again with dish packs. Three did three loads laundry, folded, put away instead of just leaving it stacked on top of dryer. Condensed five different pieces of paper shopping list into one page, both sides. Inventoried contents of fridge and freezer, cleaned kitchen counters. A little bit of TV, news and some playing on the planet. Saturday, is my day of rest.

Well, I bought tickets on line to see the billions of lights at the zoo.
We had an early dinner close by, because we have a time schedule for mister Mortgage, diabetic cat. Came home, gave the shot and headed off downtown, with all the others who wanted to see the lights. Omg...traffic was at a stand still forever. I was getting frustrated and was giving up even going. I made a u-turn and said, that's it! Past 20 cars parked at the curb, I saw a family loading up! I put the turn signal on and scored! Then we hiked over to the entrance. To a line even longer than the traffic! Problem of not getting an email with my tickets, escorted us to guest services for a super shorter line. Then we were picked out of line to be let in a side gate. Amazing! After the frustration of getting there, it was worth it to be inside. The only animals that were really out, we're the giraffes. All the others were inside away from the crowds. It was a perfect place to take Christmas pictures. There were trees with billions of lights that played to music. It turned out to be a good Saturday night! |
23 hours and some odd minutes of binge watching Ally McBeal. Would of been more hours but I fell asleep.:blush:

Nothing to exciting going on here........more than likely will rest up after a long day of house cleaning and finish up the remaining cards for the card exchange!

It's bitterly cold outside and so very windy, so I'm staying home and pampering me. Not much going on in my world other than doctor appts. I did however get out yesterday to visit an very elderly friend who won't be around much longer, so it was very nice to spend the afternoon with her.

Well due to having a cold turn into Bronchitus for past 8 days, my running around during the day doing landlord duties today was a big deal.SO i,m chilling in recliner,doing paper work. Enjoying my homemade soup and TV.

Chilling at home... did a firefighter xmas party in Seattle this week and refinance running around......putting a 3-car garage plus a carport next to single car garage on house i grew up in.When i sell in bout 5-6 yrs someone will like having 4 car garage.My business partner lives in it...he will enjoy it till we sell lol
So i am enjoying quiet time today football bowl games.Going thru all my xmas stuff giving alot to friends and then thrift shops. Paying bills too....wild nite! |
i have some things to do, i will enjoy the lights on the way home and then looking forward to time with my Daddi..:princess:.

Dinner and a movie. Awesome Japenese restaurant by my house and now we are waiting to get to our seats to see Star Wars in the IMAX theater.

Watching a Hallmark Christmas movie after making fudge and date nut candy with my mom. It has been a good day!

Today I jotted down lots of movie I had forgotten about and then came online this evening to post them! Later I hope to get some correspondence done and then relax with my book Bettyville.
