I am off to bed. I forgot my mom's banana bread yesterday, so I'm going to take it down to her tomorrow and pick up my books for January. I am looking forward to going back to college.

I ate lunch earlier and as soon as I was done, it felt like someone punched me in the stomach, blah.

I'm going to try and eat dinner.

Salads are always good for lunch or dinner. I love organic vinaigrette dressings made with olive oil.

I'm still coughing, but at least the Mucinex has everything moving out and keeping the cough manageable. Now Rooster is coughing and has a sore throat too...so I think we're passing it around. Ick!

I'll be fine by tomorrow and thank you!! Soup sounds good right now for all of us! Hope you all get to feeling better. I'm going on Sunday to pick up my oldest niece and nephew and I cannot wait! Hopefully my oldest nephew will be here to celebrate his 14th birthday, which is January 4th. I cannot believe the little bugger is going to be 14. I'm getting old, hehe.

The picture is done , except for the fifth building. It's not the best, but it came out good considering it is has been almost 20 years since I have done one.

Good evening everyone :)

Long day today, but productive...ordered some patio furniture, got a few last minute gifts, mailed out packages that need to be there by the holiday, did some running around for Scoote at work....then home again to make homemade cream of chicken and rice soup and baked a banana cake. Now the laundry is in....and I'm about out of steam.

I'm so impressed by all of your artistic efforts, and hope I get to see them...I think you should post pics in the gallery! Hi Kats...good to see you again...I'm still working on taking digital pics of all the kittys for you. :)

Ugh..still coughing...might be time for a hot shower and bed soon.

I cannot wait to see the kitties! When I move back to Orlando, I will get to see Athena again, Matt's cat. when I stayed the weekend last October and she went into my old room and sat there. I miss her.

I'm thinking of homemade Otis Spunkmeyer cookies for an afternoon snack with hot tea and cocoa.

I cleaned my kitchen from top to bottom today and cleaned my bathroom, to get rid if the germs in my house. Elijah is still sick and I told Lisa she needs to take him to the hospital if he doesn't get better by tonight.

I totally agree! He's at his aunt's house today. When I was at the Avon open house in November, there was a rep selling the cookies for her daughter's school. I ordered a tub of chocolate chip.

I cleaned my whole house today and opened all of the windows to air it out. I went to pick up a can of Lysol, and it was $6.99. I nearly fell over in the store aisle. That is way to expensive!

I will be spending both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with my family. I live Chinese food, but I limit how much I eat of it, it has to much sodium in it.

Good evening all....Rooster and I had fun at Disney...then met Scoote and the Prince for dinner....bizarre, but funny conversations...now just relaxing on the couch for a bit.

I'm sitting here watching The Craft and waiting on the coffee to finish brewing. I'm excited that in four or five days, my oldest niece and nephew will be down here for ten days! So we will be able to celebrate my oldest nephew's birthday, he will be turning 14. I feel Old, hehe.

How about eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, tea and juice for breakfast.

Coffee is on, and...since it's almost Christmas....I thought a special holiday breakfast was in order...

I actually slept in a bit today (almost unheard of), which felt good. Didn't get out of bed until after 9:30....now just perusing the planet while I have some coffee, finish laundry, make my sweetie some jello...and make a list of what else I need to accomplish before Christmas. I'm so glad I took this week off of work!

Rooster and I had fun yesterday....when we moved down here part of the agreement was that we'd get annual passes for Disney. So, we can go whenever we want...and hop around the parks. We went to Hollywood Studios first, but it was a bit crowded (and one of Rooster's favorite rides was closed to be redone and upgraded)....so headed over to Animal Kingdom (my favorite). While the crowds were gathering for the parade, we ran over to Kali River Rapids and ...hurray!...only a 10 minute wait. We had the best ride ever....and got completely soaked to the skin. Even the folks who wore rain ponchos in our raft got soaked! :giggle: I'm really an overgrown kid at Disney....so I was laughing my head off.

Did you two go on the dinosaur roller coaster ride? That is one of my favorite rides at Animal Kingdom.
