Hi my friends. Hoping those touched by the flooding are getting things put back to normal, as much as possible. I've looked at a number of photos and videos of the devastation. For the most part I just sat amazed and stunned, although the pics of the Grand Old Opry really got to me - brought tears to my eyes. I'll be in Nashville next month - would love to see y'all.

So I'm out looking for jobs in the nuclear industry. I don't think I'm going to get to stay in Knoxville. There are two jobs in the paper and one requires I speak and write fluent in Mandarin Chinese. I dun think this is gonna happen.

glad to see you all ...... i been traveling to and thru nashville/murfreesboro a lot here lately...... and mostly been taking a lot of frieght over to the Nissian plant ..... must be really making new cars hot and heavy over there. anyways....... would love to meet up for coffee/eats.... and such . and time permitting... its nice to be able to get away from the truck now and then. |
