I lived with a chef classically trained in pastry arts. This is so true. Of course, it came with a price (40 pounds worth). But it was soooo good while I was eating it. :)

these things that Target makes called Mediterranean Inspired Hummus Chips. It tastes like a crispy piece of hummus. It's hummus but in chip form. Yum!
