Between my nap yesterday, and sleep last night, I got around 7 hours.

I have some yard work today, and I am starting to clean out the garage for selling the house when Kasey retires. I should sleep well tonight!

Brisa 03-03-2017 12:48 PM

Brisa

7 hours my usual........

Jesse 03-03-2017 05:49 PM

8.5 hours. I'm sleeping much better lately. I'm thankful for that.

nycfem 03-04-2017 01:59 AM

I slept like 2:30 to 6, about 3.5 hours. Tomorrow I shall sleep (no work).

Orema 03-04-2017 04:35 AM

Six hours. Not a lot of tossing and turning. Was dead tired when I hit the pillow last night. Stilll tired, but will catch up later today or tomorrow.

Liam 03-04-2017 05:27 AM

Five and a half hours, despite an altercation in the building, which resulted in apparently calling the police. I did wake up, but went back to sleep, right away.

Oh gosh that's no fun, i hope everyone was ok.

candy_coated_bitch 03-04-2017 07:33 AM

Three, my magic number lately. Hoping for a nap later.

Gemme 03-04-2017 10:01 AM

I slept about 7 hours and woke with the sun shining through my blinds and then I lounged in bed for another hour.

Eightballrunner1 03-04-2017 10:21 AM

I haven't slept nearly enough lately cause of a book I bought, its Clive Custler adventure book, I should never pick one of them up cause I just cant put them down.

Chancie 03-04-2017 02:43 PM

I had a difficult week, and after I got home from my after work mani and productive round of Pokémon Go, I fell asleep.

Pete woke me up at 9:30 or so to eat, and then I slept another seven hours.

I always take something to help me sleep or I wouldn't be able to stay asleep, and I wouldn't be able to function, but there are still weeks that kick my tush extra hard.

And a three hour nap, yeah!

nycfem 03-04-2017 04:07 PM

Last night was Friday night, and it has been a horrible sleep week and so I have been at the end of my rope with stressful exhaustion. Yet I was excited it was Friday. Then I got a letter in the mail from my job saying I was being denied transfer of my state years of service to my city years of service because I filled out the wrong form first- some utter nonsense after doing everything so carefully. If this is not something I can correct, it has devastating effects on my financial future. BB's out of town so I just started crying like tears were going out of business. My wonderful three cats looked at me with surprise and concern. What is worse is that I can't address it until Monday (work hours). My anxiety was through the roof. I started googling in a circle trying to see if I could be wrong, and it could still work out. It was all vague, so I will be in a great state of anxiety all weekend and potentially longer if it is not so simple to figure out on Monday, even with talking to "the system." They are a disorganized vast system in which you get different answers depending on who you talk to. I absolutely didn't see this coming and have really fallen apart over it. I will just have to let time take it's course and pray that it is not something I can't change. It was horrible timing to get on a Friday night. So I took anti-anxiety meds (Clonopin) and fell asleep at 3 am and woke up at 2 pm to feed my cats. That's 11 hours of sleep. I wanted to go back to sleep again but my anxiety had kicked back in. Tonight I'm going to the movies by myself which is supposed to be a distraction. I hope I can sleep ok tonight. It's hard because when the cats wake me up for food I can't get back to sleep due to anxiety. I leave out extra food but I have one who loves fresh wet food. It's been a hard week, but a horrible weekend. Thanks for listening, sleepers.

I managed to get 8 hours of sleep last night, and only woke once to walk my bladder to the bathroom. :)

Blade 03-04-2017 07:18 PM

Not nearly enough, up and down all night (10-3) up at 3 for work.

JDeere 03-04-2017 07:58 PM

Not enough, I tossed and turned a lot, so I am not sure of how many hours, even with a nap it wasn't enough.

Liam 03-05-2017 06:03 AM

Six hours, rough day.

Orema 03-05-2017 06:07 AM

Six hours, tossing and turning.

It must have been that kind of night.

I guess I got about 4 hours.

WolfyOne 03-05-2017 08:36 AM

I was up longer than usual last night and up and hour before my internal clock normally wakes me. So, I got about 5 hours if sleep. Today is my day off, but will work at least 6 hours today, but won't leave the house for at least another half hour.

candy_coated_bitch 03-05-2017 08:44 AM

Four big ones!

nycfem 03-05-2017 12:24 PM

Last night I slept form 4 am until 1 pm, 10 hours. It's a lot easier to get to sleep knowing there's not a time one has to wake up.

MsTinkerbelly 03-05-2017 12:27 PM

I was soooo tired last night, that I slept from 8:30pm to 11:30pm, and then from mid-night to 8am.

Whoop!!

Jesse 03-05-2017 02:39 PM

9 was the magic number for me last night...speaking specifically about hours of sleep, nothing else. :winky:

JDeere 03-05-2017 03:14 PM

At least 12, it felt good. I'm hoping for not waking up in the middle of the night tonight.

Gemme 03-05-2017 05:54 PM

I slept from about 10:30 to just before my alarm went off at 8am. I wound up lounging in bed for another hour before I hauled my butt up and out of my warm and cozy lil Heaven.

Orema 03-06-2017 06:44 AM

Seven hours, but it feels like I slept for only seven minutes. I'm really dragging this morning. Luckily I worked this weekend and can take the day off and go back to bed. Good night.

Me too! Except for the part about working over the weekend and having today off. Enjoy the day~~~

PaPa 03-06-2017 07:51 AM

Sporadic because of mom needing me throughout the night, but 5 hours in short naps.

Breathless 03-06-2017 07:53 AM

Almost 2, and I am up for the day now..

Gemme 03-06-2017 07:37 PM

I got almost 7 hours but it felt like less.

nycfem 03-06-2017 08:19 PM

I had some online tension that kept me up later than I'd hoped. I slept from 12 midnight until 6 am, 6 hours. Oh, and some good news, that thing I was worried about regarding work seems to be going in the direction I'd hoped for. I talked to someone on the phone this morning to try to clarify it and it sounded positive.

Breathless 03-07-2017 02:35 AM

Finally finished work, came home and was able to sleep 5 solid hours, and then the eyes popped open and just won't close. Stress is keeping me awake, on a side note, I anticipate a lot of sleep in my near future.

Orema 03-07-2017 05:25 AM

Six hours sleep, but got lots of rest yesterday. Not feeling fully rested but I'm better than yesterday.

easygoingfemme 03-07-2017 06:06 AM

6 and it felt like more. Ready to rock.

Liam 03-07-2017 07:38 AM

Eight and a half hours. :)

clay 03-07-2017 08:43 AM

8 hours of mostly good sleep. Having some issues with hips & back....but all is good!!!

Gemme 03-07-2017 08:50 AM

I slept from 11:30 to 7:34, got up and went to the restroom and then came back to lounge for half an hour before dozing for another hour. I would have been fine if I'd stayed up the first time. I was a bit groggy when I woke up the second time but those cobwebs were pretty fast to shake off, so no harm no foul.

Chad 03-07-2017 12:26 PM

Sleep

I slept 7 hours solid and I feel great!

Yay!

nycfem 03-07-2017 10:50 PM

Maybe I slept from around 12:30 to 6:30, so about 6 hours. Still can't get ahold of a work night rhythm.
