Today I am going to be the Dalai Lama in thought.

I acknowledge and accept myself as a healthy, whole human being. I will be joyful and productive today. I will make a dent in the Universe. Thanks, Mr. Jobs.

I will remember the innate humanity of everyone I speak to today. I will celebrate their fabulousness as much as I celebrate my own. I will remember that it's not all about me.

I commit to renewing the practice of affirming the good in my life, above all else and trusting that all will be well when I put one foot in front of the other, with love.

I am enough. I am all that I need. I am perfect as I am. I celebrate the me in everyone I see. I celebrate them in myself.

I am worthy of love. I am love. I find joy in all things and in all people. Some are butterflies. Some are moths. I will celebrate them in all their beautiful ways. I will focus my attention on myself and those who love me back.

Affirming daily how to conduct myself doesn't involve anyone but me. Being true to myself and to approach every day as a new beginning is energizing.
