Yesterday was a great game ! Broncos won it!
On FB I posted a prediction of Broncos winning it 27-17. I was soo close with my prediction it wasn't even funny. HA! 24-10, just needed a few more points and I woulda been a winner of a 139 bucks worth of vehicle detailing. HA!

PS: Von MIller was a machine last night so was Ware. Ware finally got a Super Bowl ring after all those years playing for the Cowboys and getting traded to the Broncos this year. GOO BRONCOS!!!

QueenofSmirks 02-08-2016 09:00 PM

I didn't watch a single game all season, and only watched about 5 minutes of the 2nd quarter of the Superbowl, but I won the final score in the Superbowl pool and all of the unpaid score changes! Woo hoo!! $$$ I kept saying I needed Broncos to win 24 - 10, and when I saw the score at half time, I said "It'll never happen." Wow was I surprised when it did!!!!

Emotional Peyton Manning says goodbye, as he retires from the NFL

With family, friends and former teammates looking on in the Denver Broncos meeting room, Manning had a news conference to officially announce his retirement after 18 NFL seasons with the Broncos and Indianapolis Colts. His voice was shaking most of the time as he thanked his hometown of New Orleans, the University of Tennessee, the Colts and Broncos, his old teammates and coaches, and his family. He thanked everyone, really.

retirement

Not a surprise but will miss seeing the guy around. Thanks for the memories Peyton.

Seattle's safe for now but.........

Both coach Pete Carroll and General Manager John Schneider are working under contracts that expire following the 2016 season! Paul Allen start saving your pennies, I'm pretty sure you're going to have to cough up some big buck to keep those two! Although I suppose you have a bit of leverage with that blunder Carroll made at the super bowl year before last:seeingstars:

Well what a disappoint that was hey! I got a chuckle tho how all worried they were about a bit of paint on the field, but YET for years had denied the claims of concussions caused by such violence!

ESPN Saturday 5:00PM LA Rams and Dallas Cowboys at the Memorial Coliseum.

Ought to be a great pre-season game.

Of course, the Cowboys did clean the Rams clock in 1978 at the Coliseum during the NFC Championship, 28 to zero!

Dallas and Miami are playing as we speak. To many officials on the field if you ask me. 8 of them to be exact. I'm not liking the new rules at all. Roger Goddell has ruined the game.

Yep! I like Packers because it's my Dad's team and we went to watch one of their games when i was little. I root for Dolphins, because I like their new unis and they are now my local team.

Lyte 08-20-2016 08:56 PM

I may live in Texas but I just can't bring myself to root for Dallas! :p I'm originally from the west coast so it's always the Niners for me! :)

I agree, I sure don't like the Cowgirls! I crossed state lines, but I'm true to the team I grew up with. RAMS! They moved, I moved. They are now back in L.A.

I'm kinda sorta letting the Texans into the cheering on section ...:)

To me a win is a win, pre season or not. A true fan of any team knows that.

Any true fans knows that winning in preseason is meaningless because preseason is for team coaches to evaluate rookies, undrafted rookies, and free agents.

Nonetheless, we can both agree that we're all excited to see the return of the NFL. 18 more days!!
