Tis the start of a new week..in the middle of summer!
Slept in, we recapped work stories of the week, it's good to share! I made a new recipe, Carmelized French Toast. The rest of the day will be hurry up and get things done, the rain is expected later. Relaxing most of the day... |

*yawwwnnnnn* I slept late and did a little FaceTime. Now having good coffee, catching up on emails, and about to paint my face and head out to the market for a few items. Going to continue knocking down my list and getting ready for my very special guest and generally purring and lounging like a kitty today. WEEE! |

It was NOT a good or easy morning! Stupid airline cancelled one of my flights and really threw a wrench into my plans. Boo! Hiss!

I am feeling a little melancholy right now after seeing JD off on his trip back to Atlanta after spending the last week in glorious joy! He's got a long drive back so I am sprucing up the house with washing and scrubbing and going to catch up on some Game of Thrones. I haven't even put on makeup today. :blush: |

i am definitely in my ma'am cave happy space :bow: my butch starts my day off so wonderfully even when i am asleep... what a way to wake up:heartbeat: the heat is down and it was actually a bit chilly on my first walk with the pup.. beautiful sunrise :dogwalking: i have the slider open and the birds are singing and the breeze is blowing :olive: Sage is burning :candle::praying: on #2 cup of coffee :coffee: on #3 Episode of Lost Girl... :eyebat: Pausing to work on an assignment :innocent: getting my apron out soon, i have a butt load of Summer Squash which will be smothered down with shrimp :cooking: Laundry is being laundered :laundryday: And some work on my crochet project should round out the morning :knitgirl: |

Slept luxuriously late and am having coffee, catching up on emails and such, wrapping up some letters and packages that need to be mailed, and having a nice, slow day with the fuzzy lovebucket. <3

Double shifting again today! Yesterday was BRUTAL!!! But hey, I weighed myself and since last weekend when I worked, I've lost 6lbs :jester::jester: Woo Hoo!!! Go me!!!!!!!!

Read the sunday paper,then took some fresh peppers from garden to my tenants 10 blocks away.Then loaded up 70 chev truck and off to home dept for trim boards and paint. QFC for some salad fixins and more iced coffee. Trimmed a few bushes then a cold shower....very refreshing.
