i realized something recently....I can't stand "Dill"...the seasoning.
It's nauseating, the Flavor is so...sharp & strong, I gagged for 3 minutes, trying to get rid of the Flavor (I was offered a chicken salad, heavy on Dill).
That's when I drew the line, "fuck it, no more Dill"...

I just had a delish baked chicken breast with a raspberry chipotle marinade and a salad of mixed greens and grape tomatoes.....

I feel the same about cilantro... It really could do me a favor and drop off the face of the earth...

Sad part about all that is... Mexican/Tex Mex is my favorite food and around here it can be HEAVY on the cilantro...

I used to feel the same way.. well sort of..

But there was this lil problem with a hella 24 hour stomake flu and the only thing I had ate before it hit was this lovely breakfast burrito.. mmmmm eggs,cheese, potatos, red peppers, bacon and ciantro...

It took MONTHS before I could even walk past the the Breakfast Bar where the BB's lived in the morning.... MONTHS before I could even say the word Breakfast Burrito..

Sigh... It's been four years and I'm only now able to tolerate a small bit of Ciantro in my food...

Sigh.. It was one hella stomake flu...

Wow. That's a good reason to not eat it. I just think it tastes like dirty dishwater. :blink:
