I kinda feel for that young Rangers pitcher.... This inning has been a walk-a-thon!!! |
Hm this is not good. No. No. I am speechless. I'm having Red Sox-Bill Buckner ball thru legs flashbacks. I'm having Bucky Dent homering to steal the ACLS flashbacks.
Kobi hangs head....sniffs.....at least put up a fight guys...... |
HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.......
.........................BABY!!!! I love those SF Freaks!! Game 2 in the bag! |
LETS GO GIANTS!!!!

LETS GO GIANTS>>>LETS GO GIANTS>>>LETS GO GIANTS>>>LETS GO GIANTS |
It was a very sad game..and I felt badly for my Rangers....

P.S. You know things are reaaaally not going well when the fans from the opposing team are feeling bad for you lmao. |
Great game tonight. Sorry, but I am rooting for the Giants. Looking forward to Saturday's game, which I will have to "watch" via MLB.com on my mobile, since I will be at an NHL game that night.

I'm really torn about the Series...not a big National League fan, but I would love to go to Candlestick Park someday...and I love how the Giants are playing...that said, I was always a big fan of Nolan Ryan's pitching back in the day, even though I am a Mariners/Red Sox fan.
Whoever wins, I know they deserve it, and at least the Yankees aren't in the Series! ~SAB |

Kobi looks at you. After careful thought and consideration, the best response I can come up with to this is.....and I say this with hands on hips.....with a little tushie wiggle.....and a kind of scowl look on my face.... !!BITE ME!! BTW the oatmeal/raisin cookies are to die for :cheesy: |

(P.S. I really like the BoSox just had to throw that one in for good measure) |

Kobi wipes the coffee off the monitor.....thanks I needed a good belly laugh today. Make a deal with you....if the Giants win, breakfast is on you and I understand you are a chef so it should be mighty tasty. If the BoSox win, breakfast is on me. :superfunny: |
Ain't nothing better then being a GIANTS FAN!!
[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqLS7SkwDnw"]YouTube - 2010 World Series Game 2 - Fans sing along with Steve Perry of Journey[/nomedia]
Last night at AT&T Park 43,000 fans and of course Steve Perry! GO GIANTS!!!!! |

http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._6650832_n.jpg Cain was amazing last night! Focused, never rattled. I am so impressed with the Giants bull pen. Bunch of young guys playing with so much heart! That said, the Rangers have some great pitchers, too. Lee was just off in game 1. And after the first two games, they will be charged-up playing in Texas. I think he will start in game 5. He will probably have his stuff back. Still just taking it game by game. The Rangers are not going to sit back and relax at home. Lovin' the scruffy long hair, mohawk, bearded guys! An anti-Tea Bag image team from SF!!! GO GIANTS!!! And their being in the WS has brought more business to SF right before the holidays. Good! Plus, during these economic times, this is kind of sweet! I want one of those T-Shirts!!! |
This just in...
Former Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush will throw out ceremonial first pitches before Game 4 of the World Series on Sunday night.
Now if I wasn't already a lifelong die hard GIANTS fan...I'd root for the orange and black just based on the above information. I do however think it's appropriate that they are doing this on Halloween - very scary..lol |

H. W. Bush actually doesn't bother me as much as Dumb-Dubya'. At least he has a brain and was really more of a moderate Republican. Not really a whacko fundie. Overall, if the GOP was still the party it was in Eisenhower's time, I would not be so negative about it. It is really sad that it has gone the way it has. But the saddest thing with the GOP right now is not giving a flying Hooray for getting the US back on it's feet- their newest mission is simply to defeat Obama in 2012- NOT dealing with what is necessary to get people back to work. So, I will tip my hat to the elder Bush on game day. Afterall, "W" has only half his genes..... GO GIANTS! |
I hate FOX!!
Fox Won't Let SF Show World Series Game 3 On Civic Center Big Screen, Game 4 Or 5 Possible If We Clinch
http://sfappeal.com/news/2010/10/fox...f-we-clinc.php If the Giants win Saturday ... I am going to the SF Civic Plaza to watch on Sunday! Got my folding chair, BART Pass and sandwich stuff all ready! Will take hot chocolate, too! I don't care if it rains! I'm going!! Going to bundle up my little Frog Dog in his winter jacket and he's coming, too! Anyone on the site that lives here that is going, let me know!!! This one is for my Dad! I wish he was still living to see his team these days! Hey Pop, thank you for taking me to see Willie Mays play as a kid. I loved going to games with you and learning baseball strategy from someone that loved it like you did! Good memories and a great Dad! And thank you for coming to my softball games even though, we both knew I could have played real baseball with the boys! And my older sister, Jeanne was one hell of a second base player Damn, I was so born before Title IV!!! But did compete in tennis in college. But that just wasn't the same! I am so glad that girls and young women of today have so much more in the sports world. |
