For today: I have learned that peace of mind is a state of joy, happiness, and quietness. An internal calm - free from all anxiety. "Peace is truth. Truth is peace. If you want to obtain peace, be honest at all times. In truth, there is no deceit." I was arrested when I was in my 20's when I was protesting for human rights. It was about 50 of us who got locked up. It was...interesting. This was on my wooden picket thingy. |

Beyond that, the elements themselves (carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, etc.) were synthesized, cooked up as it were, in the nuclear furnaces that are the deep interior of stars. These elements are then released at the end of a star's lifetime when it explodes, and subsequently incorporated into a new generation of stars -- and into the planets that form around the stars, and the lifeforms that originate on the planets.
