This is awesome to hear today. I just want to say “Thank you” for all the thoughtful wise songs you’ve posted in your forum thread. I like hearing your account of how these types of songs rose up out of protest: protesting cruelty, protesting racist policy, protesting prejudicial attitudes and calling out for truth to power type situations.
