Morning cuddly, you're right, it's too freaking cold and the wind is blowing something awful up here as well. I'm about an hour from you there in Columbia. I live about 6 miles from the SC line myself (close to Pageland). I don't remember it being this cold in the early part of December in forever. Have a great day and be sure to bundle up when ya head out today, if ya head out.

I hope everyone has a most wonderful day and stay safe in your comings and goings!

Hi DomnNC, I hope you're having a wonderful day despite the wind and cold...hope you're bundling up if you have to go outiside. I'm cuddling with my kitties lol The wind knocked my chairs off my balcony, it was that strong. Since you're only an hour from Columbia, if you ever get out this way, maybe we could get together for some coffee or something

Only place I plan on going to is over to my parents at some point to take my Daddy the vitamins I ordered for him, lol. It will be a quick run since their house is only 200 yards or so in front of mine. I'll keep that in mind, ya never know where I'll be venturing out to just to get out of the house!

Its yummy just go down your kosher isle in the grocer and get the mix, you add eggs and oil and some water mix let stand for 15 minutes form into balls and drop in broth with either some chicken or turkey!! let me know how you like it??

Well truth be told I have a house that has to be sold and I have a trustee that's a bitch to work with she doesn't let me do anything!! I have to find a job in the medical assistant area first then maybe she will let me move down there, it is really hard on my joints the winter that is and my asthma would be better too...so for now I have to stay in boring NJ with no butches to be had or anything, there's NY but its expensive to go into all the time, have soup on though and making matzoh balls in a little while its a mix so its easy to do..and there's lots of soup for the week..

I wonder how one goes about finding a job in another state since you're not there to interview and things like that??? I want to move back North but need to find a job before I do that

Zimmeh 12-13-2010 01:39 PM

We have a different kind of cold here in Florida. Where I live on the East Coast, we have a lot moisture in the air and causes a damp cold. Mixed with the winds, it feels like it is in the 30's right now. I would rather have a Michigan or Pennsylvania winter than this.

Keep warm!!!

It is hard to find a job in another state because you aren't there to interview but I guess they will call you and you would have to fly there and then interview..I'm just guessing though..and the matzoh ball soup is great when made correctly I'm making soup right now as we speak..
