Already, not loving this week...

It's an Elliot Smith kind of day, and I suspect tomorrow will be the same, as yesterday sure as hell was. If I wanted to be somewhere (anywhere?) or to go someplace I had already been, I'd just go. Sigh, I suppose. I'm just that way. (How am I?) I hate watching movies based on books and I never watch the same movie twice. There are some places I've been to so many times, that I dread the trip. All that smiling at strangers as they go through your stuff. Partial stories made up in people's heads who think that they know your luggage apart from the rest, where you're going, where you've been or suspect that you are trying to sneak on something flammable. They are always just so suspcious! Like you are purposefully doing things to annoy them. Of course, I take my laptop out and show them. See? Nothing to make a bomb with. As if...
My personal favorite is when they guess who you're traveling with based on who you happen to be standing next to in line. Sometimes, I wish I had that job. I suspect it must pay well.
