I'm wearing my very old black yoga leggings and a stetchy t-shirt with 3/4 quarter length sleeves pushed up my arms and my feet are bare; not really eating or drinking anything but thinking about having some water with crushed ice; mostly listening to Russian Red but also the fan and the dishwasher; not really trying to think about anything but I really *do* have a ton of stuff on my mind; but the good news is that even if there was something good to share about tonight, I'd probably keep it to myself unless it was something I couldn't keep quiet about (sorry!, *NOT*); but I promise to work on keeping a few smiles around (maybe), keep my time spent in the real world (not on msn, yt or fb - seriously, I'm working on it) as the best of the last place I've been lately; and lastly, I probably will stetch out soon on the floor with my blankets and pillows as I really should be leaving for dreamland... because it's been a very long day today.

I'm wearing a nightie right now because I'm in bed; which means I'm not really eating or drinking anything but would like a sip or two of water, really. Currently, I'm listening to an album of music by Miles Davis (1959, Kind Of Blue) and because it's late, I was thinking I might come here to the planet and read for a few. I had something good earlier tonight: I had some ice cream - the kind with strawberries and chocolate and coconut, sort of a ribboned parfait of sorts. Mostly, my biggest acheivement today was scrubbing my apartment down (boy, was that a workout!) so I can be ready to move soon. In other news: my latest smile centered upon finding really dusty, old things I forgot that I even had; and because I finished the housework earlier this afternoon, I actually smell like the fragrance of coconut shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. Fortunately, I seem to have been online during random parts of my day and therefore, because I actually participated in my life locally, I get to claim that I'm a 'good girl' today. Unfortunately though, I now must really be the good girl that I am and vow to turn off my notebook because I am leaving for a dreamlife worthy of sweet dreams...

I'm wearing as very little as possible because it is so hot, which always leads to not eating and drinking more water than my body could possibly need but it must need it because it has yet to come out. Right now, I'm listening to a Seattle Jazz Fusion band called "Ecstacy in Numbers" as they play a very soothing number called, -Her Song-. The good news today (something good) was that I finally was able to come home and take a very cold shower. Still, my sweat smelled as sweet as the feeling of freshness as I stood under very cold water. As always, I smiled a few genuine smiles today even if they were stuffed in my pocket or down inside my bra. Mostly I stayed in the real world of work, not much play; but tonight I found my way to this website and a few others but real life took precedence over life in the digital domain. Fortunately, because I am terribly tired, I am leaving for dreamland as my pillows look very comforting, right now.
