Due to problems with my back my recovery with my knee isn't going like it should. I am up with a walker then using a cane , so breakfast will be a bit off what I usely have but a crisp toasted waffle ,from the freezer to the toaster will be just fine. I have sugar free syrup but only use a little any way.

I was bad! I quit bread and taters a few months ago. This morning I ate hashbrowns, scattered, smothered and chunked. You Waffle House fans know what that is. Only mine came from Caleb's kitchen, much better than " Awful House" LOL except I had to clean up the mess.

Cottage cheese and peaches because it's almost December, I hate cooking, and was already bored with it back in February.

I had scrambled eggs with onions and pico de gallo, fresh tomato, and two pieces of toast with honey. Hot Irish tea to drink.

I'm back on my oatmeal kick after a couple months off...
I typically add dried cranberries, fresh diced apples, shredded coconut, flax meal and cinnamon and Brown sugar. Sunflower seeds too if I feel for some crunch...it keeps me full til almost dinner... |
Almonds and Orange juice.
