Laughing at the pictures my buddy and I took last night. We were able to hang out WITHOUT her wife! Yay!

I just spent 3 days on beautiful Texas beaches looking at aqua colored water and solving problems for coastal communities. I love my job! :)

Getting a nice phone call while I was in class today.

one of the best hikes ive had in a long time...in a new and interesting place....with much fodder for the imagination...and plenty of trails to traverse another day.... :)

My book about secret doors, hidden passageways and other cool stuff you can build into your home. Been looking at plans and photos from another resource that a mechanical engineer produced. It is all so interesting to me ... when reading it or thinking up stuff related to it, my mind is reeling about endless possibilities and I am smiling so BIG.

A huge bull frog singing and croaking on the porch all morning ..

a fancy neat box turtle looking as if to say "hey!! Who flooded my mud puddle !!?"

The rain soaking the garden just in time to help the new beans...

My roommate calling me from the drive lane to say "stay in the house till this big rain passes, then we can leave"... my response "it's been raining like this for 2 hours. I don't think its moving through fast ." I chuckled because he's either looking out for me or he just didn't wanna get wet.

Once in town with it still pouring rain...he stops at store, gives me money and says "go pay my bill for me"... I laugh and say " You're making me do this because I'm the only one with a rain coat!"... his response "something like that".

At the salon waiting for my turn, a tiny one month old baby boy loudly requiring attention, his mommy in mid nails, mortified as well as the rest of the patrons--and I volunteered to hold him while she finished up and she accepted! He is such a sweetie, as I softly spoke to him he smiled up at me and even cooed...! He is such a beautiful tiny baby how could I not smile? It also made me smile, knowing I was helping him and his momma. She thanked me afterward and that made me smile too...

A co worker had a dream I was pregnant...anyone who knows me knows why I would smile :)
