Good morning all :)

Breakfast tacos look wonderful morningstar....and Krispy Creme Brock? Sweet! That's like breakfast with dessert! :cheer:

BREAKFAST TACOS YESSSSSSSSS

i know how that algebra hump is BUHLEEVE ME
i had to take remedial algebra like six times to even get in to college algebra and then i took college algebra four times. it was expensive and i did my whole nine years of art school on loans- plus six years of grad school. my student loan payment is the size of a mortgage :(

lipstixgal 07-26-2010 02:16 PM

Just got home from the internship what a day. Opened mail, sat with Beth Gross the doctor's wife and tried to learn the checkout system but she really didn't teach me anything!! I'm beat and bored want to be able to do other things but its a no go, need to go to the grocery store and get groceries and I have to go to Rochelle Park because they have Kosher things that I need to eat, unlike the other grocery stores around here which really don't cater to Jews

My legs just won't let me oh I also filed stuff in the doctor's slot whoa big deal but did manage to get a kosher bagel with cream cheese somebody better call Jenny I cheated today!! What's for dinner how about lamb kebobs from Whole Foods in Paramus, NJ I think its kosher too whooo hooo!!

Heyyyyy.....Hi there MountainStar! :) Long time, no see! Hope all is well with you...and that you keep popping in here to see us too!

:bringcoffee: Good morning everyone...topping up the coffee and tea...and breakfast sounds yummy Zimmy...thank you! :rrose:

I've been a busy girl around here and it looks like another one today...some for work, and some trying to get organized to move as soon as they give me the "ready, set, go" on the house. I simply cannot believe that July is almost over...ugh. I thought I would have a summer of :beachkids: and :kissy: and it hasn't quite worked out like that.

Instead I'm here wittling down possessions...donating tons of stuff...packing what I won't need before we move and creating a pile of boxes and tubs in the now almost empty front room. It's amazing how big a room suddenly gets when you give away about 1,000 books and the shelves they were on. :giggle:

Hugs to everyone...hope you have a great day. And best of luck to everyone on their school plans. Going back was the best thing I ever did...so I'm always a big supporter of that!

:lips: to you baby.... :stillheart:

Hi there Mountainstar and everyone else. Been busy emailing school officials about the crummy internship site...OMG Beth the site supervisor couldn't even sign the appropiate papers for me yesterday I have to forge her signature so I get credit in my class today at 2:10 PM its a 4 hour class but I'm leaving early so I could finally get to the gym eat dinner and then go. Have laundry to do. Jo I THINK I better get moving with possession pruning because I have a lot of stuff to get rid of. I'll just call the Vietnam Vets they will come and pic everything up for me as long as its boxed and stuff!!

Anyway, have a great day everyone!!

Zimmeh 07-27-2010 08:32 AM

Heya Lipstix,

I wouldn't be forging her signature, just tell the professor, that she refused to sign the paper. After your internship is done, I would definately be contacting the dean on them and tell them, that they refused to show you anything other than doing paperwork.

Hope this helps you and have fun today in class,

Zimmy

Well I'm beat. There's a health fair that the school wants us to attend...its Sunday from 9:30 til 3:30 in the heat no less. I really need the practice, blood draws, bp etc etc so I guess I will attend the sunday event but not Monday or Tuesday that is too much for me with me having had Lyme's disease I can't do a full day and do that lousy internship..

So class was boring we really didn't do anything I could have left early which I should have done but anyway, wanted to get to the gym but no luck. There's step plus abs tonight at 7 pm..What's for dinner tonight??

durrrrrrrr 07-27-2010 05:21 PM

JustJo 07-27-2010 06:23 PM

Good evening kitchen dwellers :)

:linecook: Dinner tonight is good ol' spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread and tossed salad. I'm craving ice cream, so it might be "build your own" sundaes for dessert too. :girleating:

Hope everyone had a good day today. I got quite a bit done, but not as much as I'd have liked. Still some laundry to do...

Hugs to all...and :lips: for my baby...

Zimmeh 07-27-2010 06:48 PM

Good Evening Everyone,

I am over the moon as my grandma would say. I found out yesterday, that my younger brother is going to bring my bed up to me on Thursday, so I don't have to sleep on a air mattress anymore..Woohoo....

I had fun today, I was able to get Elijah to sleep in his crib, as long as his SpongeBob doll, dog and Elmo were in there with him. I put the pic up on my faceobook page, it is cute. Somehow SpongeBob ended up on top of the blankets and it looks like he is protecting Elijah..

Have a good night and thank you Jo Jo for the ice cream Sundaes!!!
