Me too. I had oatmeal for the first time in weeks and it was good. I had chopped apples, shredded coconut, walnuts, chia seeds, with half & half added and it was delicious.

I want a decaf with a pumpkin/zucchini muffin but i don't want to go to the other side of town to get the muffin. It's worth the trip, but I'm dead tired so I'll settle for something else. Not sure what.

A sweet and salty granola bar.

I woke up with a migraine which sometimes leads to nausea so I couldn't eat...but now the Tylenol aren't sitting well on an empty tummy so I needed something. ..

seaweed. (nori) ..those little packets of seaweed squares...very tasty and takes a lot of them to work your way up the calorie chain..

.you do have to brush your teeth after..thoroughly...maybe have a cup of coffee and a muffin after to make partner think you weren't just eating raw fish...be ok if you're Scandinavian tho...they have some interesting breakfast fish foods.
