Does it count to have a crush on a screen name?

I've had a crush on walkawayjoe for YEARS...

I know almost nothing about the person behind the name, but I still get a lil shiver when I see it...

Grin...

ya... even my crushes are non personal..

That is a crushable name. All I know about the person is that they lived 10 minutes from me. (Years ago, no clue now.) That's about all I learned lol

Wait...not personal?? I shall pout now. What about your crush on me????

Lil girl.... I don't have a crush on you...

I occassionally want to put you against a wall or tie you to a bed and do very bad things to you... (very bad things in a very good way.... smile)

The thought of taking my thumb and smearing your lipstick has caused me a pig moment or two over the years...

That's not a crush... That's just plan honest lust...

The OCD in me needs an even 4,400 points. I'm sure there's a few depths of tastelessness and appalling behavior you haven't even thought of yet; I'm sure I, I mean, we will help you ;).

Okay, so having considered the due diligence, comprehensive questionnaire approach to crushing, it became clear that it just wouldn't work for me. Robust? Yes, but I calculated it would take a lady about 10 years to complete the due diligence checks and that's slightly too long for me.

Therefore, I decided to get the best mathematical minds together to come up with an easier to use statistical model to ascertain which crushes are worth progressing and which are not. This approach is shown below:

http://i926.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps615ae026.jpg

Via this approach, each crush is scored against a number of high-level categories on a 0-100 scale. The scores are then fed into the graph and the individual results are overlaid by polynomial trend analysis (I've never been one for "poly" to date but there's no harm in trying new things now and again). The polynomial analysis smoothes the underlying trend and clearly shows which crush is potentially compatible and which is not. In the example above, crush 1 is worthwhile pursuing whereas crush 2 is not (sorry - crush 2).

Therefore, the new approach to crushing is straightforward - simply score the potential crushee across broad categories, enter into the system, quick look at the graph and decide who to try to win.

This has followed extensive "product" development (well, 0.5 mins) and is still in the testing phase to ensure there are no bugs or faulty equations as, otherwise, the software may tell me that I should be pursuing Sarah Palin or Janis Lane.

ps - as an exclusive offer to BFP members only, I'm currently offering copies of this software for an introductory price of $1,000 (paypal accepted).

I always dreamed that someone would crush on my eyes or my amazing body. I guess that beggars cannot be choosers ;)

That said, the visual of someone licking my brain brings back squeamish memories of Indiana Jones ..... I'm now not going to be able to sleep tonight, will be sleep-deprived in work all of tomorrow and, thus, even grumpier than normal. Thanks VERY MUCH MsMarla

*LIIIIIICCCCCCCCCKKKKKK* Nom Nom. That's what you get for having sexy brains. I'm sure your body and eyes are quite sexy but as I dunno what you look like you have to settle for my oral skills on your tasty brain.

I look just like Arnold Schwarzenegger ****

**** well, except for the total absence of any muscle definition or physical strength, much smaller in height, different hair and eye colour. Actually, come to think of it, if Danny de Vito could be his twin, so could I.

Trev 01-28-2013 06:18 PM

Well alright I can't beat any of that. Hello Crushers!!

WolfyOne 01-28-2013 06:39 PM

And then my eyes became crossed from trying to read Ciaran's chart

I'm back and better even though when I left I was still good

Ok, I've got a ticking clock now p.s. thank goodness my "l" key is working again ...

I was taking relationship advice today from my life coach (well, my personal assistant but she's basically my life coach and surrogate older sister, despite being a decade younger than I am).

She told me that I should aim to be married by the time I'm 40. We both agreed that I'd wanting to be dating casually for at least 6 months and more seriously for a further year before I popped the question ..... and then that we'd want at least a year to plan a wedding and so on.

Therefore, she worked out that, under this agreed plan, I've now got approx two weeks to find my future wife :praying::praying::praying:

Anyone here (preferably without a recent criminal record, although in my desperation I'll maybe overlook minor misdemeanours) want to get married in summer 2015?

Sorry. I'm training for a Tough Mudder marathon that will be occurring during that time frame. Otherwise I'd be willing, simply because of your excellent fashion sense.
