Good quality artisan rye bread toasted, topped with shavings of pecorino and Reggae Reggae sauce. Divine!

This morning it's lots of very strong, black coffee...as much as i "appreciate" the migraine i woke up with this morning i've enjoyed about enough of it and now it's time for it to go...lol

I am practicing my pancake making skills... its been awhile and last weeks' attempt left much to be desired.
I made whole wheat batter with mini Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips, I have fresh local strawberries to go on top. And applewood smoked uncured bacon. I really wish I had some fresh mint, I was given a beautiful new mincing knife and curved cutting board and now I'm an herb chopping fool. |
Scrambled eggs with fried hominy, peppers, onions, carne asada all rolled up in homemade tortillas we got at the Mexican Market yesterday.
