I made some apple fritter type thingys using crescent roll dough, stewed apples and some goat cheese. I used the muffin pan, so they look like muffins but when you bite into them they are filled with stewed apples. They are good!

In was totally just thinking how I would love to make brownies but I have no mix...and I'm all out of coconut oil.... I'm also craving something salty. You would think having Chinese for lunch would have satisfied that one....but yeah...I do need chocolate. I may have to venture out to hunt and gather... |

I Have: A list of something healthful in each of the basic food groups I should be eating if I ever hope to slim down.
I Want: Nothing on that list. I'm Settling for - Canned peaches in heavy syrup. Snapple diet sugar free peach tea mixed with an equal amount of regular unsweetened black tea. I know it could be better. But on the other hand it could be much, much worse. |

I buy yogurt by the gallon form the store and have it four or more times a day with crunchy frosted flakes or some kind of berries.
Then there is nature valley honey oat bars. Plenty of fresh fruit And once and a while either butter scotch or cinnamon disk that are sugar free. ( takes the place of my smokes, must be working cause I have been smoke free for two years). P.S. I am really losing weight with all the yogurt. When my son is home for dinner I do eat regular food cause he gets out of joint if I don't.) Kids! |

Dark chocolate but I want something like nachos with salsa and guacamole. I saw a vegan recipe made with potatoes...it looked so good!! I'll have to locate that recipe and save for another day. Now I just want something salty.

- Deep fried turkey - Mashed potatoes (the creamy not the lumpy kind) - Gravy (from those little McCormick packets not homemade) - Deviled eggs - Olives, medium size from a can chock full of known carcinogens - Celery stuffed with cream cheese - Green bean casserole, double the crunchy fried onions please - Red jello with that pink foamy stuff on top and nothing healthful folded in - 3 kinds of pie to choose from - Ice cream or whipped cream depending on what pie I choose - French press coffee with half-n-half and - Some of the ham I vowed not to eat if ham was being served there I'd also want to take home some left overs because, well after all I am on a diet. |
I want Lay's pickle chips and Ben & Jerry's salted caramel core ice cream.

Organic popcorn popped in coconut oil and flavored with pink salt .... sooooo good!
