Happiness will be

finding a job where customers don't yell at ME for the vendor not shipping their product yet. because, you know, i totally called the vendor and asked them to delay it. :seeingstars: we tell you it will take 2-3 weeks if there are no delays and you're yelling at me on the 15th day that it's not here yet and it BETTER be here by monday? mmm yeah ok.

Happiness IS customers who know life happens, it's not MY fault, and laugh with me over crappy customers.

It's painstakingly obvious who has never worked in retail.

Happiness is based upon my own perception and allowing myself to embrace the sensations that lead me to that perception.

Happiness is loving what I have with arms wide open and wanting for naught.

The top down and a little burn on my shoulders and cheeks on a sunny day :)
A warm day at the lake and in the water that is nearly empty since it's the middle of the week
Watching smooch run and play with the other dogs at the park
A two hour conversation one every few months with a great friend about nothing and everything!
Making a really wonderful healthy and decadent meal to share with friends or family when friends are too far away.
A full moon with clouds and being able to actually see the stars even the not so bright ones
When she catches my eye for that split moment, and smiles even though it hasn’t yet computed that she might be smiling for a reason in my direction.

1) Waking up this morning to find that the tiny bit of snow we got on Friday is completely gone today and it's a beautiful sunny day in the mid-to-high 40's. That's like a damn heatwave right now for us.

2) Being able to spark up the grill in a little while for the first time since last year and tossing a couple of steaks on it....Pure heaven awaits! :drool:

to my bedroom and seeing my 4 and 2 1/2 year old granddaughters applying my makeup to their lil faces amongst other things..the bed ( now stripped and washed) the dresser ( now clean) and the floor.(also now clean) ..yes the camera came out and yes i laughed and yes i took pictures as the 2 1/2 yo said "cheese" with the most adorable grin ever and covered in makeup, I left it on them so their momma could see how pretty they got themselves...= Complete happiness.

Church, lunch out and a soon to be had nap.

Watching the LPGA Tour at the Dinah and happy I am not there... at the party... (not our scene) but knowing a LOT of our friends our there!

We go to Palm Springs to chill out quietly... and we are heading there at the end of this month... Very very happy! :theisland:
