well Jo is on way to airport to pick up her best friend,Rooster is in other room on his puter and the Prince is in his room on his puter,and for me---i hit the jackpot--there has been a marathon on the Hallmark channel--Empty Nest--a nostalgic trip down memory lane with my borderline obsessive crush on Kristy McNichol...:)

going out to the theater with my sister to see The Boys Next Door. Puppy is being locked on the enclosed and heated front porch so Mr Smitty will be safe while I am gone. Most peace Smit Man will have had in 5 days. Am going loaded with 2 vicodine in me because my double hernias are on fire from lifting, cleaning, chasing, etc ...all from the dog from the cat and cleaning up after his markings all over the house...terriers....

Well it's ACC basketball time in the Carolina's and tonight is North Carolina vs Duke BIG rival game....so that is what I'll be doing watching the game at 8.

Went to the cheapie movies earlier with my family and saw THE GREEN HORNET. It was fun and I enjoyed us. Now I'm sitting home waiting for a phone call that doesn't seem to be coming. !#@$%!!!!!

I went dancing. We have a very active queer partner dance community here in the CA Bay Area. There are usually 150-200 dancers at the monthly dances of every age and queerness. Two different organization/groups do a dance, so there are usually 2 each month 2 weeks apart.
Great way to spend a Saturday night! |

Tango!!!
I plan on taking a Tango lesson and dancing at the East Bay Queer Tango benefit dance in Berkeley. They are doing a Tango festival later in the year- want to support this. I don't think I will have much success with doing Tango all that well- but, love this community! Plus, if one wants to see gorgeous femme float through the air- this is the dance! :bolt:

My Saturday night is all but over. It's 10 past 1am and I'm sat in bed playing the word game threads and watching crap tv. I met a friend for a glass of wine after I'd had dinner with Pops this evening.

What I'm doing on Saturday nite
My Saturday nite consisted of chatting on the phone with a special someone, for the last 35 minutes. And before that worked on homework and watching the Millitary Channel...with 135 channels and NOTHING on...go figure. Now hitting the hay so I can go to work in the A.M. what a boring evening.....
