I ran for the first time in almost a year. A serious back injury kept me from doing the things I love the most - hiking, jogging, sitting :) ,etc...

Finally watching all of the first star wars movie with my husband. We even had to get out the vhs player as he only has it on tape. Yes, I still own a vhs player!

Later in the year a vacation

Tonight I visited with a friend of mine from back home and her family. We dined outside by the sea and I don't think I've ever been so delighted to see someone.

It's been too long. I hugged everyone extra tight before they left tonight.
What a blessing it was to see all of their beautiful smiling faces.

It's hard to say goodbye, though. I much prefer "see you later."
