ok ok i cant ignore it---Jake Jo showed up on the other site with this "halo" thing going on---in short it was plain BS....she busted out one night doing things that even I cant repeat without turning beet red!....come to find out it was a fake halo made from expensive auminum foil...every since then she pretends she still has one---usually after spending time in the kitchen with too much time on her hands! and well i dont see the need to waste money on the foil anymore..bc quite frankly i'll just keep busting her out....just how i am!

ok back to being trifling and FBing

*laughs hard..*.. Ok.. so THIS is the real story.. I knew there was more. Well scoote.. I have a feeling.. My girl might have given Me the same story.. right to the point of saying.. "i have a tattoo that says angel.. ".. and I said.. "sweetie, just because you have ink that states something.. does not make it so".. grins.

I am with you My friend.. ^5.

Hope you all had a good day. It ended up being a gorgeous day here after it rained all morning. I truly had an intellectual interruption...I couldn't find my Claddagh ring for the last few days and today I was getting my keys out of a side pocket on my purse and my Claddagh ring was there...

Have a good night, I am getting up early in the morning to hang out with my mom while my bro does an oil change on my car...

Hugs!

Zimmy

Good Evening Zimmy,

I am glad you found your ring.. that would rate right up there with Me.. if I lost My Blackberry.. laughs.

We so need some rain here.. again.. I lament.. I am over the HEAT. .damnit.

I hope you have a peaceful rest of the evening.

Hugs.

Don't look now MountainStar, but I think they're onto us!

:bringcoffee: Good morning everyone! :)

I'm off to a productive start (for work anyway) and determined to accomplish tons in the next few days. I need to....I drive away this time next week! :cheer: And, in two weeks, you might be hearing Scoote spluttering in here about how crowded and annoying we are :cheesy: She hasn't met my menagerie yet...and we're just going to descend on her en masse....poor thing!

Breakfast this morning....sausage gravy with biscuits...and a nice selection of fresh kiwis, pineapple, and watermelon. :eating: Of course, the coffee and tea are on!

Have a great day everyone :rrose:

...and :lips: to you baby....see you soon :stillheart:

Good Morning Jo,

laughs. Well not alot gets past Me.. as My girl can attest to. I also have a feeling not alot gets past scoote. So, I would concur.. we are definately onto you both. grins.

Thank you for the wonderful breakfast. :chef:

Wow, I am sure you will be glad when this move thing is all done. I am just starting My packing today and I will be in My new place by the 20th. I keep thinking.. oh I still have plenty of time. However, it will be the 20th before I know it. So, I have to buckle down today and get things started.

Atleast we are getting rain here this morning and it has cooled things down quite a bit. I actually have My deck door open for the first time in days.

I hope you have a peaceful day.

hugs
Jake

Good Morning wonderful Kitchen Patrons,

Today has started out peaceful and I hope it continues throughout the day. It is finally raining here and the temps have dropped. I think we are actually in the 70's right now and that is supposed to be our high for the day. I have the deck door and all the windows open. It feels good to have some fresh air flow through the house.

I am buckling down and starting My packing today. I think moving rates right up there with the fact that I hate peas and carrots. laughs.

However, it is a new beginning in so many ways.. so I embrace the change.

Here is some more :tea: and :bringcoffee: to go with Jo's great breakfast.

Waves to scoote, Zimmy, dc, durrrrr, morningstar.. and anyone else I might have missed.

For My girl ... xoxoxo... :king: (f) :princess:

Have a peaceful day, everyone.

Good morning Everyone,

Thank you for breakfast Jo Jo! Waving back to Jake and sending you good vibes that your move goes well! I remember when I moved to Seattle, I can't tell you how much my Saturn held and I was taking stuff to my mom's house after working 14 hour days. My final day of working, I went in wearing jeans and a polo. Going through and tossing away all of the negative stuff I had and donating the rest was an emotional release for me.

Have a good day and hugs to all!

Zimmy

Zimmeh 08-12-2010 09:10 AM

I am glad I found it. My stepdad gave it to me for Christmas almost nine years ago! I agree with you, losing a phone is harder to replace especially the iPhone's, Droid phones and BkackBerry phones.

Hope you are having fun today!

a trick for memorizing important phone numbers:

type them into a blank text message with your t9 predictive text on- you will see what words the phone numbers spell...then you just memorize the words!

Good evening all :)

It's pizza night tonight...I've been busy!

Hope everyone had a good day. Mine was productive, but...once again...not as much as I'd like.

How far are you moving Jake? Is it a do-it-yourself kind of distance? I debated back and forth about saving money and doing it myself, but know that I'd end up hurt and sick in the process...so instead I'm hiring the pros and just going to cringe at the bill. I think moving has to be one of my least favorite things...although, like Zimmy, I'm finding the de-cluttering and possession give-away has been very freeing. :)

So who's trying to stay up late to watch meteors tonight?

Amen to that. And when we got quotes and figured out what it would cost for us to do it...the difference isn't worth our blood pressure, our backs, and the potential for damage to our stuff.

I'm not lifting anything heavier than my purse. Packing it all is work enough! :)

I woke up happy today and I plan on staying that way all day.. heaven help anyone that tries to mess with that.. laughs.

The temps have finally gone down here.. and it is much cooler and bearable. Perhaps Fall is on it's way. *prays*

I hope everyone has a peaceful day.

For My girl...(f)

Hi Jo,

The move is local.. I will be moving about two streets over from where I am now. It is the top half of a house... and the place is really cozy. I am looking forward to getting in there and decorating.. oh and I get a big back yard along with a patio as well.. I am excited about decorating that too.

I hope you are progressing in a good way with the packing and purging. I am going to be doing alot of that Myself this weekend.

hugs
Jake

JustJo 08-13-2010 07:22 AM

Good morning everyone :)

Thank you for the lovely breakfast Jake :girleating: Here, let me top up your coffee :bringcoffee: Your new place sounds great...back yard, patio...oh yea! It's always nice to have some outdoor space of your own to decorate and hang out in. That's what I always missed when I lived in an apartment.

Wow morningstar, that's a big change to team drive, even if it's just for a little while. I hope they're an easy to get along with kind of a person. What are you planning on doing when you give up driving?

Off to work for me....busy day and tons of packing to do....hope you all have a great day! :)

:lips: baby....6 days to drive away...7ish until I'm there....love you :love1:

Good Morning Everyone,

I didn't get home until 9:30 lastnight from my Avon meeting and I am still tired...I am going to need plenty of coffee today!

I had a lot of fun lastnight at the Avon meeting, and I am excited about getting this business up and going. Knowing that my new DM is behind us 100% reassures me of my decision about joining. This coming Monday is a New Reps meeting, so I am attending it.

Have fun today, I am kid free and enjoying it..

Hugs,

Zimmy

Zimmeh 08-13-2010 08:04 AM

I totally agree Jo Jo! I could have used a butches help when I had to pack up my stuff and carry it down three flights of stairs to my car....I don't miss living in a apartment...

Have fun today,

Zimmy
